Could you maybe make it so the armors have all the same properties that they have now just without the enchants so they are enchantable later on. Another awesome mod by you btw

Thanks!
I could have given all of the armors potion effects instead of enchants, but that would be way OP since potion effects such as Fire Resistance give 100% protection from fire. If you want to add more enchants to the armor, check out the Enchanting Plus mod. You can add multiple enchants with that.
Finally added slabs: Gypsum slabs, and all Fire Treated Wood slabs.
Also fixed a few bugs: Gypsum blocks are now resistant to explosions (that's normal). Changed Gypsum's material from iron to rock (This is not very noticeable. Materials just define the punching sounds and map color).
I did a mod review on your mod:) I hope you like it:)

Ya because no modern armor completely keeps you protected from fire so the armor is way cool in that way plus no op and thanks for telling me I didn't know there was a mod that let you choose your enchants
Thanks!

Thanks! Great video! I added it to the post.
Because all of the armor types have been developed relatively recently (int the past few centuries).
Thanks.
Yeah, it doesn't exist at the moment. I made this mod before I knew how to do configs. Since you mentioned it, I'll add one (in the next few days).
