Wow, fast updates, I just downloaded it a few days ago Thank you.
And quick question, how do you work the Rock Melter? I tried using a friction heater, the friction heater doesn't want to interact with it. Tried lava, didn't seem to do anything but raise the temperature. Or does it just take a long time?

It has its own integrated heater. Just give it power.
I just added something to MeteorCraft as per request - a defence block that destroys incoming meteors (as soon as they spawn) in a certain range. There are three tiers; each has a larger range than the last. It has RC integration, so if that mod is present, they are cheaper to build but need power (524kW per tier).

But seriously, every time I look over the updates for this mod you find a new way to shock me with potential for awesomeness (just add HSLA!).
Had I disposable income, you would be receiving a large chunk of it. D;
On a side note, i'm trying to run the updated versions with Ftb monster, and am getting an error i am unsure of how to resolve. Any assistance you could provide would be much appreciated Sir Reika.
Which is much better but still about 4-10 times my desired cost. Are you sure you only get one? NEI sometimes lies about the output numbers.
As far as I tried in the creation of the 1mT and 4mT permanent magnet , and results were obtained from one of the four materials.
It did not try any more.

First I'd Like to say thanks for making such and awesome mod. I'm having quite a bit of fun playing with the different machines. I'm finding it very enjoyable how much more indepth your nuclear systems are in comparison to gregtech.
I'm trying to set up a fusion reactor and I have watched your tutorial but I am now stuck. I have everything assembled and I am producing plasma all the toroid magnets appear to have power however when I finish any of the injectors plasma just shoots straight out the side and does not follow the magnets. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Is your solenoid functional?

Could be. o-o
It's kind of a running joke with me and fusion-anythings. It started back when Starfleet Command was a thing I played and I'd modified one of the ships to be mounted with 22 Fusion Cannons. To this day it's the only time I've seen a close-combat capital ship. XD
Oh! Also... I found this while attempting to wire up a doorbell for my abode:
Harmless as far as I can tell. Left-in debug code or something?
And as far as I've been able to tell, this seems to only apply to the Music Box.
Ok on further testing pumping fuel from below into microturbine will supply it with fuel. The issue however is that now I cannot turn it off on demand. Positioning a switch anywhere around the turbine does nothing, and neither does putting a control unit. I can't put the control unit directly below cause of piping and sides don't seem to work. Pumping fuel into a microturbine without an ability to switch it off makes it pointless to do piping at all, as it won't stop until tank is empty. Is there no other way to shut it off?
On a separate note, where do I find info about what speed/torque/power an isotope centrifuge needs?
As far as I know, you can feed an engine from the same side of a control unit.
Er...how? Does the control unit have no collision or something? Two things can occupy the same block? Does piping into the control unit means it'll automatically forward the fuel into the engine?
Thanks for the speed info btw.
Another question. Now that industrial coils have a limit with rather violent results if exceeded, is there a way to shut the energy storage down after a certain point? I mean on a server, you can leave it charging next to a wind turbine for example, but you have no control over how long it's going to run considering other people log on in the meantime and it keeps on charging while you're logged off. It would mean that the only way to charge these things would be while you're online and checking their levels and that you'd have to take them down every time you log off to be sure. It seems a little too manual?
Also, solar towers seemed to charge the coils just fine previously. Now no matter how long I leave them, nothing happens. Is this intentional change?
Canola seeds do not work in the MFR planter. I'm guessing that's PowerCrystals' problem, but please confirm and pass the message along or direct me to the best way to reach him. Thanks!
Hey Reika. I've been testing out Geo Strata and considering using it in my next world. Would you ever consider adding a config to allow greater control of the stone spawning?
Also, it would be great if you could place crystal lamps horizontally or even upside down.
Oh my, that's embarrassing... i did not see expanded redstone v15 was included in the pack, although in retrospect, the error report really should have tipped me off, i wasn't thinking entirely straight when i wrote that, much appreciated

It would be, as far as I know, but skyboy is the current dev of MFR, and judging from his responses to me in the past, he is not fond of RotaryCraft, so I do not recommend taking this to him.
Redownloaded and tested. Still the same crash but after testing it with just Dragon API and RotaryCraft installed.. works fine. Possibly one other mod using an old API? I will look through the mod files and see if anyone uses the API.
Edit: After looking through the files .. nope, thats not it. Version 15b of Dragon API and RotaryCraft works just fine with my setup. Strange
Can I suggest a machine to actually increase meteor impacts or move meteor strikes from one area to another to allow collection of resources through meteors?
While MeteorCraft is not intended to be fully realistic, it is not intended to be magic, either.

Is it spamming it, or only doing it once? And how was it triggered?

I believe they output to a comparator relative to their charge level. so in theory, you could set up a comparator that applies a redstone signal to an or gate, with the other input to the gate being the on off switch.. and the comparator tuned to say redstone level 14. i "think" that would work

Here they are by default:

Is that a quote from the Manhattan project?

It is turning. is their anything specific I should check?

Ohhh ok. Will try that asap. Ty!

Such as...?
That would require a new block ID for each one.

Try each mod individually.
