It's just a ID conflict between BoP and Natura. See where it says 'slot is occupied', that tells you which one they are fighting over. Just open up the config file for one of them and adjust the id's until there are no conflicts. Many of the blocks for those mods require the id to be below 255 so pay attention to that.
If you already have a world that you're playing in with one of these mods change the id's for the newest mod. Otherwise you can change either. Looks like Natura only has a couple block id's so you may want to start there.
Bug Report! some of the newer Natura logs can't be smelted into charcoal, including (but maybe not limited to) fusewood, maple, silverbells, maple, willow, and amaranth. cheers!

Great mod, very fun to play with other mods that add more worldgen blocks. Only problem I have with it is that the Amaranth trapdoor seems to have pink and black checkers. I tried changing the texture from the default amaranth trapdoor to a blank purple because I thought that the transparency of one of the pixels in the trapdoor may be a conflict but it still won't render correctly. Not sure what the problem is, maybe I'll try adding an mcmeta file to it to see if the game mistakenly thinks it is the wrong resolution or something...Great mod though, might get T-construct as well.

i have encountered a small bug twice now when using MFR planter/harvesters with sakura saplings.
when you leave it running long enough, eventually 1 of the saplings will grow into a giant redwood. there were no redwood saplings in the system and the tree grew through cobblestone, pipes, conduits and the MFR machinery.
the 2nd time the bug happened it was in a chamber underground (floor at 35) with stone, sandstone, sand and water above a 10 block space for the saplings and redwood grew through the roof and upto about level 180 making my hidden sapling farm less then hidden with a giant tree in the middle of the ocean.
EDIT: i should probably add i'm using Direwolf20 1.5 v2 (v1.1.3) mod pack on FTB running natura_1.5.1_2.1.4 and MineFactoryReloaded-2.6.4-975
Breaking Maple Slabs returns Eucalyptus Slabs or is that an ID mismatch somewhere (perhaps someone can try this and verify).
Breaking any of the slabs return Eucalyptus. The code is missing the part where it sets the drop to have a damage value. Also it's missing the hardness value.

To add to what pingu stated
there is a small chance that sakura saplings (possibly other but since sakura grows ridiculously fast, easiest to test) get their damage values confused with sequoia saplings when placed. There is also the possibility for a 1x1 redwood sapling to grow a full tree instead of the required 7x7.
it appears to be more common in natura_1.5.1_2.1.4 then the previous version i was using (direwolf20 1.5 v 1.1.2 not sure what natura version) because it has happend to me 2 more times since my previous post o.O
Hey, in looking in the mod folder i see there are textures for alot of things that are unable to be crafted. For example a purpleheart, fuzewood or darkwood door.
Also whats corrupt stone and corrupt brick? Windows lined with the Natura woods? When will we see some of these items actually being able to be crafted?
I also would like to report for some reason i seem to be unable to get hopseed saplings to grow. Ive tried to plant them in both 1 and 4.

The amaranth fence gate has the silverbell texture and vice versa, though using amaranth wood and sticks gets one NAMED amaranth - it's only the textures that are off.
Love this mod! Really enjoy the little details added to keep things interesting.
There is one problem: Nitro Creepers and HeatScar spiders. There are way too many in the Nether!! I'm running custom mob spawner for DrZhark's Mo' Creatures mod too, which should let me disable them from spawning entirely... But I can't.
Is there any way to add a config option to enable/disable the mobs? I like them, but there's way too many to make the Nether viable without quantum armor (and by then you don't even need to be in there).

By compatible, it means that they'll both generate their stuff in the Nether. That's a block ID conflict, which you'll have to change yourself.
