whether or not it still stands is beyond me at this point in time, either way something to look into. also note the was nei page 16 at that point in time

well I did manage to find a bit of incompatibility with nei but it seems to be more of a rendering problem then anything else it only seems to happen when you have a certain amount of essesnces and seeds on the same screen in such a way or something of the sort, I have a few other instances that I can recreate but this is one of the first one's I remembered to take a picture of; more coming soon.
oh yea it ain't a massive inconvienence all functionality of nei is still usable, I was able to use the search function after it disappeared and click the page forward and backwards buttons and yadada they just don't show also once you get off said page it all turns back to normal. other examples of this will go up in a few but they were that similar thing's happen in the creative inventory though it just get's rid of the item tip box when you scroll over it with your mouse, the other was with the crop plants themselves if I recall correct.
basicly when ever I have an entire page of stuff from your mod the item rendering code bugs out nei's inventory rendering to the point where the next/previous page buttons disappear and all the cheat button's along with it as well as the search box, though as I said it is functional but over time it will use up the entire amount allocated memory and crash because of it. it's not a major problem (though it cuases the rest of the page of items to not show up) it's definitly not idiot proof (again it will crash your game if you leave that page open to long enough) this also occurs when you have an inventory equivalent or a page equivalent in creative or survival so it ain't just reserved to being in one of nei's pages.
do you use treeapitator pet bat mod nether ores factorization thermal expansion omnitools buildcraft ic2 (with add ons) xycraft or forestry

I do not use those mods on my current server so I cannot verify for them. The function of this mod should have no direct or indirect reaction to the others from everything I can tell. If you have a conflict with item IDs, it'd come up in the logs (just search for CONFLICT). If it's a block ID, I'm sure you'd notice a crash on startup denoting a slot is already used.
All I'd recommend is tracking down the error one by one.

Well I have been testing the new version with mods and it works fine with NEI, so maybe wait until then, not sure why it's doing that, very strange, sorry about that.
Doesn't work properly with ID Resolver. Crashes with an ID conflict.
so that must be my problem thank you for making this information known cause this has helped me SOOO much
(damn now i have to change all those ids from my 60 or so mods that, yeah that's gonna take awhile even with manual recording of current ids) well i have a lot of work to do)

Hello, I tried to use the adfly link to download the mod but it didn't work. You should probably get that fixed because there might be other people who want to support you while you make this mod. Great mod by the way! I downloaded it today and I have been having a lot of fun with the new crop! Keep up the good work!

This mod looks fantastic! I haven't gotten to try it yet, aside from installing it, because I went hunting for the ores.... only to find that your description of what layer they're at is written incorrectly, so that might want to be fixed "layers 16 and above" When it's definitely 16 and below hahah.
For the longest time I thought that the mod was broken, or that I needed to change the ID around... So went through loads of tests trying to get it to work, only to finally go low enough (layer 16) and find them on accident.

Last few things I am working on before 1.5 release.
- Making sure it's ID Resolver compatible.
- Finishing all the custom crafting recipes.
- Working on Forestry compatibility (may be out in version 2.0 not 1.5)
- Few little fixes.
So hopefully not long until 1.5.

Have you tried it with ID resolver yet? Since I have heard it does work with it, give it a go and let me know.

BTW this mod is compatible with Single Player Commands and Legendary Beasts on 1.4.6.
