You said that you wanted to rework the mod because it was corrupted at the core. Well, gentlemen, here is my ten thousand cents.

All they're doing now is updating to current MC versions? No changes now?
Slayer is adding some changes, I don't know the details of those though.
But don't hold the new dev team up to the other devs promises, they can't possible agree or even know of them all
In any case the main priority is getting the update ready for release, after that adding changes is much simpler since adding things now may just cause us having to redo it another 2-3 times before it's ready for release do to changes in the other code

Anyways for us whom don't know all the old bugs, what is the "stand still -> packet buildup problem." ?
I stand still for a while, and when I start moving, my console tells me the memory connection is overburdened because there's a buildup of packets to process.

Don't ask Mazetar questions about The_Slayer's beta. Ask the guy who wrote the code for the beta...

Oh I figured Slayer would have to answer his plans for that one
I haven't added it on my src, and The slayers beta is still well far from done so it probably ain't there yet even if he plans to add it
is this the mod where I remember seeing elementals? If it is it would be awesome if the mosnters from this game were made into its own mod that works with things like biomes'o plenty
Congradulations to everyone on finally (sort of) updating DRPG to 1.6! I seriously thought it was never gonna happen. As before, I still have four music tracks and a lot of SFX wasting away on my computer. I strongly suggest that whoever is currently heading the team PM me when your ready to implement the SFX and music into the mod (which might be awhile, I'd imagine).
Remember, all the sounds were designed for existing mobs and dimensions... although Xolova PM'ed me a list of mobs and dimensions that would supposedly come in the overhaul, I never got around to designing any sounds for them and have no intention of doing so in the future, so if you completely revamp the mod and all it's dimensions and bosses as stated a while back, then the content I've designed will be useless (or at least not fit in as well).

Because none of the old devs are working on this project anymore, they aren't working on the updates.
And as such THEY can't keep their promises.

I also get these errors while trying to enter a world.
But I doubt any of my mods are conflicting, as I only have 4 of them... What the hell?

Ore smelting is not added by slayer yet.
The error on world thingy is not an id conflict it's a change in ids since you last played that world.
If you create a new world it should be fine.
It's not added yet? Then how do I get the bars from the ores?
