Hmm, maybe in addition to item stone add some totem-like teleportation divice linked with end point totem.
This can let create fixed teleportation ways from one fixed point to another fixed point. It can be linked with end point by using linked stone to not linked totem for example. Just for many points no reason always have stones in inventory but nice have fast way from some known point to another.
Could just be MultiMC, but I don't think your config is working properly.
The items/blocks refuse to budge off the initially-assigned ID. I think you don't have it set up for the blocks to change IDs when the config ID is changed.
I had a conflict at 255. I changed it to 251 in your config, it still said I had a conflict at 255. I changed it in the other mod and now there's no conflict.
My ID numbers are at 251 and 252, yet the items show up at numbers 510 and 512. You have the totem listed as Id 4096 (or 4095?) yet it does not show up at that number.
Otherwise, looks real interesting! I'd probably try to make the recipes even more expensive, but that's just me.

A spawn system - but using the mod instead... everybody when using the stone gets teleported to the Linked Stone at spawn.
No. That would defeat the purpose of having to spend resources to make the stones usable.I could add it as a config option though, just disabled by default.
The latest version seems to be causing an out of memory crash. When I remove the mod it works fine. I place the mod in the mods folder I get this: The old version worked fine.

Does the new version have a physical network of totems like Arthahar suggested? Because I am really digging that as an idea. The only other mod that has any sort of good 'gateway' system is the dust mod but it's a freaking mess right now and takes forever to make them. Been a while since I was excited about a mod like this

so when people use it they go to the link set by the admin on spawn ?
i think the limitation would be to link any made stones to the same link...
if the modder would be kind to respond or /maybe make some kind of way to make this happen...
