The trees in the Temperate Rainforest (Which are the only ones that weren't supposed to decay) are going to be changed in the next updated, and they will decay. Those are the only trees I had with leaves that didn't decay.
Also, no, you can't make 2x2 trees with saplings. I don't want to edit base classes that I don't need to edit, and saplings fall under that category. I won't be making custom saplings either, at least not until the Mod API where I can add as many blocks as I want.
I can't get it to work. I have modloader set up and my minecraft works fine up until I add in the biomes of plenty files at which point minecraft crashes every time I try to start it up.
Just to point out the other mods I use are better world generation 3, timber, and too many items. Does it conflict with one of these? Or is there some fix I can do. I think I am installing it right. I copy all the files from the folder into the minecraft jar archive.

It's most likely incompatible with Better World Generation 3. I've never used the mod before, but I know it adds new world types and biomes, so that alone would make it incompatible.
- Added separate leaf blocks for leaves that aren't a green color, like cherry tree leaves, orange Seasonal Forest leaves, etc. (Except for the Ominous Woods leaves).
- Added white cherry leaves to the Cherry Blossom Grove (Along with the pink leaves)
- Tweaked the Sacred Springs and Promised Land biomes a lot.
- Tweaked temperature and rainfall values for the Savanna and Woodland biomes.
The reason I made separate leaf blocks is so transitions between those biomes and other biomes looked nicer.
No. I'll still be tweaking existing biomes that I feel still need tweaking though, like the Reef, Sacred Springs, Promised Land, and a few others.
The Knoll might change into something else if I can think of anything. When the Mod API is out, and I can add blocks without having to worry about overriding textures to terrain.png and running out of free slots, I'll probably replace it with the old Garden biome with the giant flowers, but a lot nicer of course.
I posted this one or two pages ago with no reply; how about a bush biome, like in Australia? Really dry, eucalyptus trees etc?
Hello ! I love the mod, but I am lagging wih it due to the transparency in the leaves. Please is-it possible to make opaque leaves with the fast graphics modes ? Thanks a lot !!
I tried doing that, but it messes up the rendering of the leaves for some reason. The code was exactly the same as regular leaves, and it didn't work, so I don't know how to get it working properly.
Why'd you remove the old deciduous forest? It had a pretty good atmosphere in it, with the expansive canopy yet lush green and leafy undergrowth, which no other biome really manages to imitate... the new deciduous forest is good by itself, but it isn't quite like the old one.
Biggest downside to this mod is a lack of integration with Mo' Creatures.
Is there any way you could get this to work with Mo' Creatures with creatures placed intelligently in extended biomes just as EBXL does?
Can you pick the same biome id's as EBXL and yet provide better alternatives to each, and then fake it somehow, so that Mo' Creatures works?

Again, this isn't meant to be a super compatible, highly customizable mod. I've said this so many times, but people still don't get it.
Ahh... Alright! Thanks!

Can you also re-add the Garden Biome?
I go by AquaBuzzardHR on my YouTube Channel. Link here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyrxj072mhHlrhiv6RoZcWw
It is a channel about building and being creative, currently playing on the Lake Laogai SMP.

Which ones?

It's one of those "take it or leave it" mods.
So.....take it or leave it
This^
The biomes in this mod are so great but I'm left using EBXL because of its compatability.
No you can't, try reading his FaQs before posting a question btw... It already answers that.
No, please don't do that, cyan sky fits the biome perfectly IMO.
