Not a problem with my mod, as it doesn't even touch any files remotely related to that. Just tried it too, and it's working fine. If anything, it sounds like pretty bad lag.
Yep, definitely, the 2nd world I've made with this mod, when I deleted it because of lag, Minecraft crashed.

I joined in 1.2.5, summer 2012. First thing I ever built was a bunker in a hill next to a swamp, that had a diamond block entrance with a piston door, with bedrock and minecart tracks further in. I wish I'd kept the map around.
While I myself cannot use this (as I've already couched too many mods reliant on biome-based spawning in my game), those screenshots are gorgeous. Congrats on making such a lovely mod :3

Ask me about giant, Canadian, zombie-steampunk tyrannosaurus rexes.
I own one, and her name is Cuddlemuffins.
Reading between the lines: He's not going to add compatibility because he and the team for Extra Biomes XL had a falling out.
That's not the reason...Besides, I'm not mad at ScottKillen or MisterFiber anymore (Haven't been since like a week after I left, which was months ago). And it's not just compatibility with ExtraBiomes XL, but any mod that adds biomes.
Oh wow, this looks great I was gonna use EBXL for my modpack but these fantasy biomes just surpassed EBXL for awesomeness. May I use this in my modpack?
How frequently do the biomes occur in a world? I've been zipping around in two differently worlds and have yet to find one. ; ~ ;
Make sure you installed Biomes O' Plenty after ModLoader. You have to make sure it overwrites the conflicting file, otherwise the new biomes won't generate.
So if you're using MCPatcher, you have to have it use the file that conflicts from Biomes O' Plenty, not ModLoader.

Ah, I'll start with a fresh one. I installed them in the wrong order like a derp. Thank you. :3
Great job on your biomes, but i have a few suggestions to make things a bit more balenced
1) make melons in rainforest spawn less, from the picture it looks like there are alot, but you describe them as "occasional"
2) same as above but with wheat and prairie
3) make dried up dirt in wastland look less like cobble (unless it is cobble)
4) add more biomes like mesa cus' it looks bad ass
In creative mode, I am running into this problem where the world "drops off" and stops rendering chunks. I try to go back to where i came from, and I am limited to a certain small area where i first encountered the "drop off." When i save quit and reload, it comes back to a random earlier point before i hit the drop off. is this a problem on my end or on yours?
