Ooooh pretty. Hmm.. did I just say 'Ooooh'? How odd. I need to get this new server up and going properly (still waiting on Coral Reefs >< ) so I can get to working on my textures for this mod. Sooo much stuff to do hehe.
Come to think of it, I think about the only thing in my original request post on this thread that *hasn't* been filled is the liquids, which is probably a pain in the balls to do. That's pretty awesome Thank you!
Let's make it 4 out of 4 then
And no balls were harmed in the process
Let's make it 4 out of 4 then
And no balls were harmed in the process
And don't worry, I didn't forget the green lava
I will most likely put out an update tomorrow.
Dude.. are you kidding me? First Coral Reefs gets a Forge SMP port, and then I check this thread and you have green f**king lava. Best. Morning. Ever.
How hard was that to do, by chance? I've always been intrigued that the only custom liquid I've ever seen was Buildcraft oil. Sure, you could just edit a texture pack to get the desired result, but sometimes you just want a tank of purple water. No particular reason.
.. I need more time to actually *play* Minecraft. I'm seriously considering a 3-day weekend from work now. Gah.

It actually wasn't as hard as I thought it may be, though I haven't done anything fancy with it, (besides some different particles for the toxic waste) and at the moment the colors can't be changed.
The name of the yellow liquid will definitely be changed too, just the name I was trying to use caused a weird glitch were the water would magically turn into a door(don't know what that's all about)
Actually, since I pinched the name cheesey as a quick substitute from your suggestion of cheese rivers. You may like the name
Plasmacraft is another mod that adds liquids, explosive ones at that!
I have also fixed a few more little things, most notably the crafting recipe for the DIY glass blocks that caused a single block of glass to return DIYGlass09 block.
Whenever I change the DIY textures my game crashes but when I use a fresh version of Extreme edition it doesn't crash. I use Paint.net. Can anyone help me? I also have TMI and SPC installed.

Aha, so there is. The one thing I hadn't tested, was changing the id of the liquids and doing so definitely causes a problem. I did add the config for flowing but it's not showing up.
On testing I found the only way to make the bucket work again is to delete the config file and then re-launch the game using the default id.
I will look at fixing the ID cfg for the flowing liquids tonight, sorry about that.
Edit: Had a quick scan through the code and fixed the problem, major Herp Derp moment on my behalf.
Just forgot to change back a few numbers when I fixed the naming issue on the yellow fluid.
the ID cfg for flowing and buckets now show up.
I will run through and make sure there are no other silly errors and then upload the fix.
That what I get for coding at 3:30 in the morning, while watching the Olympics

Odd.. my cfg file had an entry for both standing and flowing liquids. Everything summoned, placed, and gathered properly in buckets. I haven't tried the source blocks yet, but really I don't do much in Creative mode so that might be why I didn't notice anything.
Also, from someone that may not be upgrading to 1.3.1 for at least another month (if at all), many thanks for continuing to support your 1.2.5 release.
-edit- I just noticed this.. you're running out of room in your banner for all the awesome **** you keep adding to your mod

Yeh, if you hadn't tried to change the id it would behave normal. Either way, in fixing that I did spot and fix a few other things.
I am pretty confident the 1.6b release should work fine.
I too, will be sticking with 1.2.5 for a while yet. You can expect full support until 1.3 and all of it's necessary counterparts are well and truly established and possibly beyond.
Tell me about it, it's getting kinda squishy. Time for another overhaul
If you cut down the pixelartist IDs to lesser numbers (RP2 uses very little), this mod would be brilliant to fit in with any other assortment of mods. The only problem for me is that they take up quite a few IDs. Bloody brilliant though. Keep it up!
Cheers, thanks for the feedback.
I think RP2 uses tile entities to achieve that. I haven't looked into that very much yet, but as I continue learning I'm sure that those methods will make their way into the releases.
Still, you get 256 blocks in 16 block ID's. That's not too bad when you have 4096 block ID's to play with
And it's people like you that makes other people feel bad and will stop posting because they feel like idiots will just bark at them again (i am not implying that you are an idiot or anything like that but please mind your language before you get reported)
"the more accepting and nicer people are the less war we get" (in this case suicides)
it's good that you do not blame anyone
True sorry for that I edited my post. but it infuriates me how many people don't read posts and don't realize what goes into making a mod and to update it.And if you read various posts around the forums people demand that mods get updated and the same people pester and pester time and time again in the same thread that a mod get updated until the mod creator is forced to take drastic actions.Just take a look at nerdboys battle gear mod to seee what I am talking about....
understandable but still if people wants a update then the mod developer should be glad that people liked the mod and wants to have the mod updated when minecraft has updated. but i can't really understand how most people miss that before a mod can be updated, mcp must be updated and if the mod is using any third party mod to be running that must be updated before the mod/s they want to have is updated.
but still no reason to get an outbreak at the people because it's just making it worse.
(think of whining babies the more they yell the more annoying it gets to stick around)
just write a nice comment about they need to have patience or something.
i'm sorry if it seems like i'm nagging on you.
iNFiNiTeX7 if you can fix the link to download the texture pack for the Faithful because there is an error when I try to download. Thank you.
You are right, not sure how that happened. I'll be making an updated version anyway, so I'll post a new link when I get that done.
MindKrafter: The liquids are pretty cool, and you seemed to have fixed the issue I have reported, but... I'm afraid I'm having another issue. I don't know if its the ID's I am using or if one of the mods I am using is messing things up but, I can't seem to find any buckets other then the blood bucket. None of the recipes for liquids are working, and when I try to pick up blood with a bucket it gives me a water bucket. The same is true if I cheat in the other liquids and try to grab them with a bucket, except the toxic waste returns lava.
Not sure what to suggest to you on this one, but I'll use alternate methods of obtaining the liquids for now. Thanks for all the development you've done thus far.

It could be something to do with one of the mods you are using.
I can see all of the buckets in creative and with TMI and the crafting works in creative/survival and on the server for me.
As for the buckets only collecting plain water and lava, that is normal for the moment. I think that I know why it wont return the correct liquid and should be able to get that working tonight.
Does it work OK if you have no other mods installed?
If possible, could you send me a list of the mods you use and the config ID settings that you are using so that I can try to replicate the problem.
I found the mod causing the issue with the buckets not showing up, but in the process of doing so I've found yet another issue... This also happened before I removed the problem mod, but it just was just not as apparent because I could only see the blood bucket.
Anyways, the mod preventing me from crafting and seeing the other 3 buckets is called Infitools http://www.minecraft...-125-inficraft/
Note: You only need to download Infitools, extract and use Infibase (required for Infitools) and Infitools Core.
The second issue I am talking about is kind of shocking, and I don't think any of my other mods would be causing this. I'm a little confused as to why it is happening and I have no idea how to go about fixing it.
Here are some screenshots using NEI's crafting handler.
NEI is not incorrect here, I tested these recipes myself.

Thanks for posting that info. I had just finished packing up the files, after fixing all the code. So it came in very handy for testing, and I'm happy to report that using all of the mods you mentioned and the config settings, everything worked fine.
I have also found & fixed the problem with the buckets not changing ID from the config.file.
I found one other issue that may affect you. The default block ID for the glowblock3 blocks was a double up, forge would automatically fix the conflict so I had not noticed it. I have re-assigned the block id for that set, as it only required the one change. Had I left that one, I would have had to change 19 ID's so it was the better option.
Thanks again for all of your feedback, hopefully this time you can just play
Also added in a new liquid "PurpleGoop" it has the properties of water but glows and of course, it's PURPLE!
now xeronut can have his tank full of purple water...for no particular reason!
I have also changed a few recipes, I thought they may have been a bit too expensive before.
Serious? Purple goop? Sigh.. Life really must be good when the biggest source of stress in my impending long weekend is what color splooge I want gushing out of a skull I'm carving into the side of a mountain. I *thought* green but now.. I am conflicted.
Thank you for this.
-edit- Also, great idea on editing the crafting recipes for those panes - I had someone bring that to my attention yesterday. Also, it seems like you fixed the bucket issue with picking up colored water giving you plain boring blue. I was gunna report that, but I took an arrow to th.. mmm purple goop... I think they used to serve this in the high school cafeteria.

I thought you might like the Purple goop
Yeh, those crafting recipes were way steep and that boring blue water was pretty boring. I still think the iron pane may be a bit rich and Damn it! I just realized that I didn't change them to return 16 either. I might even do a hotfix for that seeing as I haven't updated the OP yet.

Mother of God.
Made the pane recipes a little cheaper and made them return 16.
