I'm following this Forge, Eloraam, FC, Ablaka thing now for a pretty long time, and i'm still torn between the whole topic on who to believe what but it was very insightful and interesting to hear your thoughts on why to pull out of Forge, i'm not that good of a programmer to understand fully the workings of this API but that interview certainly cleared some things up.
It certainly isnt as black and white as the fanboys (of EVERY corner) want to make you believe.
However, i never picked up BTW, maybe i will in the future, anyway the people can be glad to have such dedicated modders that enlight our days over and over again, just thank you.

Wow i can't believe so many folks are making such a fuss over the title of this mod. Took me a second but obviously the title is in the form of BETTER=better than wolves mod and Better. Then. Buildcraft. It's a portrayal of the mod's game-play progression, as in you start out in the basics of BTW and THEN move to BuildCraft content.
Anyways, awesome work. I loved both of these mods. As soon as I'm done messing around with the new Aether update I'll try this out. I loved both mods. And with luck, if the Technic Pack EVER gets updated and this gets included i think it'll make the pack a sound competitor for the YogBox even. :smile.gif:

Wood Engines are now powered mechanically through axles. Is that what you mean?
All the engines, and the minning and quarrying machines, no matter how you power them they seem to be not working. Sorry about this! Don't mean to bother you! It may not be related to the mod, most likely isnt, It's just i have installed and re-installed the mod 6 times, and it continues to not do engine mechanics correctly for me...It is strange, but i love the mod! And oh...Ok..I understand...

Yeah, I just ran some quick tests to verify, and Quarries and Mining Wells seem to be functioning just fine with both steam and combustion engines.
