You my friend are poorly informed. You can and should put codechickencore in the mods folder. It is used as a library by modloader simply because it's in the mods folder and is a valid zip file.
Really? I got errors when I put it in my mods folder, but copying it into my jar worked fine. I looked in the zip and didn't notice any "mod_" classes; I thought they had to be there for ML to load them :\. I guess you learn something new every day :tongue.gif:.
Chicken, I see that the errors with the food sub-set are still there. I'm assuming you didn't make the other change I stated in the same post and therefore mods that increase Block IDs will still cause problems.
Also, is it possible to add functionality where dropping something on the item list deletes it, like TMI does?
Hey,
i absolutely love your mod, way better than TMI. My problem though is i can't keep myself from cheating. 75% of the time i am fine, but then I'll get excited about something then need 2 of X Mat, and so i turn on cheat mode and grab it. Now if i had plenty of money i would donate to all the mods i use, but with that said, i love this mod and if you can help me out, I'll gladly donate so i can continue to use it. So, is there anything i can add to the config to disable the cheats, mainly creative mode and being able to get stacks of stuff? This is one of the best mods I've come across and I'm afraid i might have to uninstall it if i can't keep the cheats out in game. I just cant help it either.. i don't have the discipline to not use them. Thanks for any suggestions.

I wonder what would happen if you set the nei config file to load recipe mode and then made the config file read-only. It might work for you by not allowing you to switch to cheat mode, or it might ignore it, or it might **** itself. Only one way to find out! :smile.gif:

Great username, btw, love some good wordplay
Awesome thanks, It actually came from Fallen Earth, i had originally gotten Grizzly Adams, but they made me change it, a year later i saw someone with my name, complained and got to change again. anyway, its a post apoc game, and my faction was the techs. So we brain stormed a little bit and came up with it. Survivalist, tech faction, it all came together, and it's now my name for pretty much everything.
As far as changing the config, I'm not sure how to do that, i have the config up and i do not know how to edit config files besides the obvious, true/false, 1-10, ect. i don't care if its an option that can be changed out of game, i just care about in game, i have a save editor and what not, but I'm too lazy to log off start it, ect. So I'm simply just wanting to disable it in game. Changing the options on the config from true to false doesn't change anything as well, I'm sure you know that though. I will change them and set the file to read only and see what happens. Thanks again. Also, lol if we can figure out how to disable the cheats we need to find out how to keep the magnet enabled, that thing is badass!!Update:
No, changing the config to read-only still allows the options in game to be changed.
Have you tried using MCPatcher? That solves a lot of problems, and makes it so much easier. Just make sure the order, from top to bottom, in there is ModLoader, ModLoaderMp, Forge (if you're putting it in), then NEI.
You do know there are thousands of potions, right?
Nevertheless, I agree he should have all the legitimately obtainable potions.
I do have all legitimately obtainable potions, in fact my brewing recipe handler does a special search algorithim that finds every possible combination that the user could create.
wayyyy better than tmi although this is very simular theres not much of a differnt way to make it i like this because you can look at all the recipes so like mods will be easyer to know
hi is there a link to the old red power module for mine craft 1.0.0 anywhere? i can get nei and all else working but upon moving the reposer module into my jar i get "saving Chunks"
I think I found a bug. When I press control+click on an item when in a gui of like a furnace or like a macerator from the IC2 mod, it makes a stack of 64 of that item. idk if this is supposed to happen or something, but it does. Could this also be from Inventory Tweaks, which I also use? btw, im using the 1.0.0 version.
what you put NEI is recipe mode.. could you make left click recipe gui, and right click usage gui? (as well as the normal controls of course)
Also i found a smallish bug with the advanded machines mod for industrailcraft, when you have it installed, and you search for "extractor" only the centrifuge extracter appears, not the normal one from ic, the only way to get to it is to open the recipe gui for the cextracter, and use the one from that recipe.
I just installed bucket filler. I wanted to make sure it worked so I used NEI to check for the item. Since it didn't show up I did the other way.
I spawned in one buildcraft tank one wooden water proof pipe, one golden water proof pipe. I then made two stone gears by hand I then checked the recipe which worked fine.
However when I went to delete the items. They didn't delete. They fell out and duplicated I could pick them up and I could throw them but they wouldn't disappear.
I'm not sure if this is bucket fillers fault or what but I do know this only happened after I installed bucket filler.
