Being T-Construct not even in beta. Why did you retire infitools? Why didn't you just made it compatible with 1.4.6 and 1.4.7?
Just want to know im not complaining
You go through all the trouble to register a Minecraft Forums account and make a post here when you could have just read up 4 posts on this page and found the answer.
You wouldn't happen to be related to Rube Goldberg, would you?
Only if you upgrade the tool with Circuit + Battery like this:
If you don't upgrade it, you are using a bug of TConstruct (and yes, the EU system is a little buggy).
There's a few things going on here. The first is that I had talks with some of the IC2 devs. They addded some code so that I could control when my tools could charge and how they did so. The second is that this version is one of the later ones in 1.4.7; older versions will charge tools without a modifier. The third is that the NEI plugin automatically put an EU tag on all tools until recently; my tools have a color-coded En tag when they're supposed to be chargeable.
Stoltverd: There were some bugs in FML (1.4.6, 1.4.7 until recently) that caused the retirement. By the time those bugs were fixed I had already gotten started, and if you look inside the code... well, let's say if you knew what you were doing you'd wish you never looked.
TConstruct will be in beta within 1-2 days. It should be public sometime soon after. :3

Beta sounds Nice. My friend fwilli looked at the infitools and said that it's basically impossible to update or something, and he can't make blue trees either.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
This wasn't a triumph.
I'm making a note here. Epic fail.- GLaDOS changes her mind
Just saw the DW20 spotlight and I didn't actually think for a moment you continue the development of this mod. Imagine my surprise when coming here I don't just see that you do, but that you have actually brought it to the latest Minecraft version already! OMG dude that's gotta be a lot of work. If only everyone had your work ethic there wouldn't be a recession.
It was actually my dream wish for someone to make the foundations for realistic crafting recipes, and you do exactly that! But I hope you can bring the other mod developers to use your ore generation for example as a template. It'd way more awesome to build the machine that'll build the laser, that'll draft the circuits, that'll be a part to craft the computer in computercraft than just using stone, redstone and a piece of glass as the recipe is now.
I have poured sweat, blood, and sweat into this. I also realize that I still want to do a fair bit, and that most mods are a work in progress. This is the baseline for content usability and polish. A few things might change, like textures or bugfixes, but the core of the mod is here.
I'm looking for any kind of feedback. Do you like it, is this weird, what's good, what could be improved, what do you want to see in the future...
Lest I forget, here is the list of recipes that you won't find documentation for in-game (yet).
Hm. Oddly enough, whenever I put a blank pattern sheet into the pattern shaper and try to drag the shaped pattern, it simply bugs and nothing happens. Like, the shaped pattern disappears and I get my blank pattern back.
Seeing that this mod has many addons for other mods to make them more compatible,i think that there should be a dimensional doors and grey goo addons some time in the future. Just a suggestion...
Once TConstruct is out of beta, I'm going to start working on armor. Mmm, armor.
turbeauke: I'm actually going to give TConstruct its own thread. InfiCraft was my learning experience; now it's time to use all of the skills and knowledge I have acquired.
Dragoner95: That is an awesome idea! I'll add it in the next version.
cam64DD: Odd. It works on my end, but I'll investigate.
Avskygod0: I don't see how I could possibly make addons for those mods.

I hadn't realised all these updates to TConstrucT had happened!
I was still playing A12.2 LOL.
Thanks for the repair finally being added.
And the new things that can be added to things!

Oh dear Notch, how am I ever going to play Minecraft without this mod?! With armor, and OreDictionary support for even just common metals like bronze and steel... Wow.
Loving your work. mDiyo this is amazing. Way better than InfiTools.
Inficraft is by far my favourite set of mods. Now, just an idea- maybe when you've finished Tool Constuct and Armoury mods, would it be possible for you to create Infimobs. Obviously adding tons of mobs. Just an idea.
And a random question, you seem to like Pokemon, seeing as you have a Gardevoir on your profile pic, so what are your thoughts on Pokemon X and Y.
Always Inficraft.

This took days less than I thought it would. My code production skills have really jumped leaps and bounds since I started modding. Unless somebody finds bugs, this is a completed mod. The only thing I have left to do is add copper and bronze materials. I'll list the changelog here for good measure:
- Adjusted textures
- Adjusted repair value to work on base durability
- Changed lapis to put looting on weapons
- Fixed life drain
- Finished the Part Builder gui
- All names should be consistent
- Auto-smelt modifier now requires netherrack
This gui said it wasn't done. Well it is now!
elijahpederson: Bows require a custom renderer that I am not using. Armor requires writing all the code to use a similar custom renderer. They're going to take time.
Qwertygiy: Bronze yes, steel not as much. I have higher tier materials and tool types planned; you just can't make them on a wooden tool station.
_i_s_h: See Mo' Creatures for InfiMobs.
Marvl101: Update your version of IC2, possibly your Minecraft version.

Tinker's Construct Recovery Addon -- get back some of your half-used tool materials! (Outdated)

I can't make the parts from patterns anymore and this block from pattern and plank doesn't exist.
TConstruct Beta 1.1
Thank you. You're awesome. \o/
I second this idea.

it looks silly
also are we ever going to get the mallets back?
what about freezing mobs with snowballs?
How about armor?
i'm just so exited about all the features you keep adding to this wonderful mod XD
It's not a requirement, it's only a tag.
This will answer the rest about the EU system (this post is in the previous page):
Read the previous posts, mDiyo talked about it in this page.

How can I make the molded patterns now? The old way doesn't exist anymore and I can't make that new block, which I presume that is the Pattern Shaper.
Edit:
I need to remake my sword? Because I tried to hit a mob and my Minecraft crashed. '-'
