Some mods change how Minecraft is played, and make the game easier.
This mod makes Minecraft into a whole new game. The Aether...wow. I just can't even describe how many elements in the Nether and Overworld notch avoids that you implemented. I haven't been down to the surface once since I installed this mod. My applause goes out to you smart modders.

Yes, it does. However all the "secret" dungeon items cannot be spawned. Go get them!

Yeah, lots of people made that mistake :smile.gif:. Also, be careful because tamed Moas despawn too, it's a known bug.
I've noticed that the "secret" cloak, when worn, disallows you from looking in chests, enchanters, etc... well, it does, but closes the item screen a second after. Still a fun mod so far, but 1 question.
Why is it that it suddenly skipped night time and went straight to morning once? i was really confused. And the next night it didn't skip.

I just have to say after playing this mod for a day or so, this is just amazing. I haven't had this feeling towards a mod like this since I used my first mod (Mo' Creatures), although this takes it to a whole new level. I love the feeling of taming and riding a creature in a huge world. I actually feel like I'm going to have hours and hours of fun. Now to make a huge stable and incubator room for all my pigs and Moas :biggrin.gif:

Also, Sound effects don't work for me in the Aether. Re-installed Thrice, Followed The tutorial to the button. *Rage*

I'm not understanding you well, but try getting a clean minecraft.jar, install Aether and support mods only. That fixes about 99.8% of problems.

I'm almost finished my house built entirely of silver dungeon bricks (and light bricks), silver dungeon columns and glass :smile.gif:
