303's grappling hook is still in v 1.6.6 , it looks pretty much how i wanted it to. It'd be cool if you could update it and implement it into this mod, and the spider queen mod is just not my style :P.

... So... Let me get this straight, and I'm going to try to say this in a way that won't get me banned... You completely disable a feature added by Mojang, and don't think that it's important enough to MENTION THAT IN YOUR BLOODY POST?!?
I really wish that disabling Minecraft features without mentioning the change was a reportable offense. I don't like my time being wasted, manually uninstalling and reinstalling mods one at a bloody time by copying files out of my unmodded backup to find out which mod is causing a "bug" because you were too inconsiderate to spend 10 bloody seconds typing out the change.

There's a simple solution, go into your .minecraft/mods and delete the ropes+ zip, and BAM. You can now enchant your bows again. Magic huh ?

Redownloaded and now it's working just fine. I got the error even with ModLoader+ModLoaderMP+Rope+. I think it was a problem with the Rope+ I downloaded not compatible with ModLoaderMP v3

i have your exact same problem when using forge ropes+ and more storage together
[EDIT]
you need to change your "block" ID's in the ropes+.txt file to something different that resolved my issue.
I only get this error when using biospheres and forge together in 1.2.3.
Redownloaded and now it's working just fine. I got the error even with ModLoader+ModLoaderMP+Rope+. I think it was a problem with the Rope+ I downloaded not compatible with ModLoaderMP v3
