hey can somebody tell me why it wont load? i mean that the mod itself will not load when i log on. please can somebody hel because i LOVE farming in minecraft. and im not getting magical crops either... too many ID confilicts

Also, more generally, I think it's great that you're pursuing cleaning up the 1.6.4 version before moving on fully to 1.7. I suspect a lot of us will be on 1.6.4 for quite a while until 1.7 versions of mods are ready for primetime, and it's great to see you're smoothing off some of the rougher edges before a complete freeze.

Well, with how messy 1.7 Forge/MCP was the last time I checked, its possible that I might not understand how to update till things get better later or in 1.8

I ran into a strange bug with the Harverstcraft fruit trees. When I looked at the object the fruits grow from (in this case walnut) it showed up in WAILA as Treasure Map from Pam's Harvestcraft Base. I think it's supposed to be Drum but I didn't find any config option to change the ID in case it was an ID conflict. Help?
It's not supposed to be Drum, Drum is the most common symptom of that WAILA/Harvestcraft interaction bug. You either don't have Extra Utilities installed (the mod which provides Drums, thus the source of the Drum name) so it's grabbing something else, or you have another mod which provides Treasure Maps which is somehow getting priority for supplying the wrong name for growing fruit.
And now we attempt to tackle the everlasting queen bee bug and figure out a way to get new queen bees for those who want to breed them.
You see, I had an idea about this! i was thinking that maybe the queen bee has a chance in its life to create a "worker bee swarm" which can be taken, applied to whatever (i.e. Tree, overhang, or similar to hang from) and it slowly builds over time a wild bee-hive. using the same system that the fruit trees go by. and once broken it will drop a queen bee like the ones you find in the wild. But i suppose in the way of chances, i think it would need to at least make 1 worker bee swarm and have a chance to make a second or third, but always 1. maybe even give the "re-grown" wild bee-hive a chance to drop a worker bee swarm along with a queen bee.
Also one other thing... I'm not sure its really a bug or not, but the cinnamon trees don't have any physical model, just visual. I'm able to walk right through them. Could be my world... But the only mods I'm running is Zan's Minimap and Harvestcraft.
No, only plants like strawberries, blueberries, bamboo shoots, or cotton. Tomatoes, cucumbers, etc are all found as seeds.

Hmmm... would you mind if someone were to make a minimod that adjusts that? One that makes all of your plants spawn in the wild?

is there a way to stop harvestcraft plants from spawning in galacticraft dimensions?

A good way to do this would be for Pam to set it so that it only spawned in a dim_id of the Overworld.
Or... for her to set up the option for someone to set other dimensions spawn to false in the config by using the above method.

Yeah, I'd rather it that way. I especially like the way that Natura's bushes handle harvesting/replanting.

Nah I like the difficulty of requiring shears in order to move those.

so shears don't break wild plants for this mod? never knew that. (kinda a "no duh" thing but still, I wasn't aware)
but honestly i agree with Fel, I prefer the bushes to break. you can always use the fruit on the crafting tables to make it into seeds (or just plant the fruit, i think...) but it is your mod Pam, its yours to make how you see fit. its such a small thing that i'm not sure it would make that big of a difference for me. but I'm happy when mod developers take interested in their player-base's opinions.

Aquaculture is a great fishing content mod and Growthcraft adds fishtraps for pain-free fish gathering. If Pam decides to leave fishing alone, those two mods are already worth looking into for 1.6.4.
Not only can you turn bush foods into seeds, you can also directly plant them into tilled soil, like carrots or potatoes! In fact, you can do that with everything!
