any idea?
It seems as though you are missing some class files. I recommend doing the following:
Steps:
1. Get a fresh jar (force update)
1.5 Delete Metainf folder
2. Download audiomod and install it into your jar
3. Download latest forge from here: http://lexmanos.no-ip.org:8080/job/Forge/ and install it into your jar
4. Download optifine if you wish and install it to your jar
5. Dowload TMI if you wish and install it to your jar
6. etc... Do the same for if you want a minimap or something like that
That should solve any problems you might have. Keep in mind that the ID Resolver doesn't currently work with the latest forge versions as they don't have the support for ID resolver yet.
I'm getting a problem where the images for items in some of my mods aren't showing up.
The items themselves can be put into my inventory and be used but I cant see the images when they are in my inventory, only their names. Some of the items from the mod can load their images but others can't.
My mods are:
Latest Forge
Rei's Minimap
Clay Soliders 7.1
ICBM 0.3.4
Smart Moving Client for Modloader
Universal Electricity 0.3.0
Optifine
ID Resolver
TMI
The items not showing their images are:
All the ores from ICBM Mod
All the items from Clay Soliders Mod

Try re downloading the mods and if that doesn't work try a jar without optifine because I know the multi core optifine has some weird problem were items won't show up or they will start floating around as I had it happen to me and checked into it. Good luck

What's messing up here?
EDIT: Hm, I disabled RedPower and it doesn't crash, just gives the 'you haven't installed this IN the Jar' error. Which is weird, because I 'have', by using Magic Launcher.
DOUBLEEDIT: Actually opening up the jar and adding the mod into it works, but is there a way to get this to work with RedPower and Magic Launcher without having to actually add it into the jar?

Hey, Since the latest Forge versions have the 4095 Fix in them will IDResolver be updated to be compatible with the latest forge versions?
I am assuming that I can't put one of the IDResolver compatible 4095 fixes over FML to make IDResolver work?
(Not to be disrespectful, But I am looking forward to the day when IDResolver is part of Forge Mod Loader and maybe even Servers can tell Forge mod loader what ID's to use for compatibility with its server mods! Now THAT would be awesome!)
The latest forge version that includes 4096 didn't include compatibility with ID Resolver. So you can't use it with ID Resolver. Using the 4096 fix will not work, I tried. You will have to use a older version of forge with the 4096 fix or resolve conflicts manually. I haven't been able to find any other solution. I would have thought a app that spits out used IDs would have been created a long time ago but I haven't been able to find one.,
i installed it and im using minecraft forge the new one for the 4096 ids and i got this error

Thanks for putting the dropbox option up. Decided to go the id resolver option after running into odd problem where the game didn't crash but had items with the same id. Wasted a ton of time figuring out what the problem was. So i thought I could do two things to avoid this problem in the future. One downgrade my forge so I could id resolver or two set the ids of every mod I install even if there is no conflict.
Higher Forge Builds than 3.3.7 Build 135 (used together with a modified 4096 Fix with ID Resolver support which unfortunately isn't posted anymore on the Equivalent Exchange 2 topic) aren't supported by ID Resolver at the moment.
Well, here is a Dropbox link to the neccessary 4096 Fix with IDR support: https://dl.dropbox.c..._IDR_Client.zip
I have uploaded that file there. You might use it until ID Resolver and Forge become compatible again.
1. add Forge 3.3.7 Build 135 to the Minecraft.jar
2. add the 4096 Fix posted here. Credits go to mDiyo and Pahimar who have done this.
3. add ID Resolver 1.2.5 Update 1
Thanks so much for the temporary fix! As awesome as it is to have Item ID's, I am still running into sprite ID limits. As far as I knew, Forge API had nearly limitless sprite ID's. I know it's kinda silly to be using 20 or so mods, but I was wondering if you had any info on the sprite ID limits?
Is there a reason why ID Resolver will not change or give the option to change conflicting IDs. So for Fossils and Archeology modI keep getting ID crashes because IDR assigns IDs to new mods that fossil is already using. I then have to go in and manually change the ids.
Anyway to fix this, is there a way I can tell IDR to not use certain IDS?
Hey, sup. I've been unable to get idresolver to work for a while now, and I'm not sure why exactly. At this point I have the bare essentials installed properly. With just modloader, forge 3.2.3.108, guiapi, mdiyo's 4096 fix with the update to forge 3.2.3.108, and the current idresolver, everything works properly as far as I can tell. However, whenever I add in a mod that includes items, the game crashes. I've tried this with multiple individual mods (backpack mod, weaponmod, zeppelin mod, and some others), and everytime it gives me the same error, but with the mod switched out, in this case it's the backpack. I'd like some help on this if at all possible, and hoping I didn't do something stupid, but if I did, I'm sorry lol.
the error (it's short lol):

Just as a heads up for ShaRose, IndustrialCraft 2 1.95b can work with the ID Resolver installed; it is only attempting to automatically allocate IDs which fails. I went through and manually adjusted the ic2.cfg file. It was an intensely painful experience, and not one which I want to go through more than once in my life, so now I just copy the cfg file over from my backup, for any new installs; but the point is it works. I'm using mdiyo's 4096 fix as well.
IC2 1.97, however, for some reason does NOT work; and I have no idea why. I actually have a set up where I get all error messages piped into minecraft.log, and nothing shows up. It looks completely clean; as though it just decided not to run.
Mind you, given the number of other mods I'm running, that possibly isn't ID Resolver's fault. I did want to let people know, however, that it can work.
For the record, I'm also not running the latest version of Forge, but actually a fairly old one: 3.1.3.105. The main reason why is because it's the last version that I can get mystcraft patches against, which also works reliably for everything else. My advice with forge is to be extremely conservative; do not run anything less than probably a week old, and don't upgrade purely for the hell of it, if everything you're running already works.
This is a BIG help for keeping all of them in line.
Thank you

The items themselves can be put into my inventory and be used but I cant see the images when they are in my inventory, only their names. Some of the items from the mod can load their images but others can't.
My mods are:
Latest Forge
Rei's Minimap
Clay Soliders 7.1
ICBM 0.3.4
Smart Moving Client for Modloader
Universal Electricity 0.3.0
Optifine
ID Resolver
TMI
The items not showing their images are:
All the ores from ICBM Mod
All the items from Clay Soliders Mod
Colgate is mai waifu!~
Try re downloading the mods and if that doesn't work try a jar without optifine because I know the multi core optifine has some weird problem were items won't show up or they will start floating around as I had it happen to me and checked into it. Good luck
Yep, This worked..Thank you very much

I'm using Magic Launcher, and I tried to download the 4096 fix that was suggested a bit earlier on. Here's my load order:
http://imgur.com/lub92
What's messing up here?
EDIT: Hm, I disabled RedPower and it doesn't crash, just gives the 'you haven't installed this IN the Jar' error. Which is weird, because I 'have', by using Magic Launcher.
DOUBLEEDIT: Actually opening up the jar and adding the mod into it works, but is there a way to get this to work with RedPower and Magic Launcher without having to actually add it into the jar?
I don't see GuiAPI listed
Bump!

Anyway to fix this, is there a way I can tell IDR to not use certain IDS?
