hello... for anyone who is having trouble with mods, you could try something called mycraft modloader. just download it, extract files within to another file, double click on mycraft.exe , exit, then go to the " mods " folder within the mycraft folder, and for this mod you would just drag the zip folder into your mods folder inside mycraft, then put all the jar folders inside the zip folders into your minecraft bin. then start mycraft. now when you go play my craft, you will get the mods.notice this doesnt change your actual minecraft.jar but it changes what the mycraft .exe does. to uninstall just rename the folder to have a # symbol as fist character

most mods are not compatible with Singleplayer Commands Mod because they are using new commands that counteracts with SP Commands, but Simple Guns Mod and the Revolver Mod work with SP Commands
Just a suggestion... for /setspawn would it be possible to have it work the same way as beds? I try to set a spawn underground and it makes the player spawn at the highest point in the map that's not air. It'd be great to have it y-coordinate specific as well.
i have intalled the mod correctly its my first mod on minecraft so it can't be a mods incompatability here's the problem when i start the world it apears the notification but i press T and nothing happens. i have tried everything. any ideas? sry for bad english
I'd suggest you *didn't* install it correctly if it doesn't work, right?
Not sure if you've given us enough information to guess why, though.

I don't think it's true that most mods are incompatible with SPC.
I've found 3 bugs so far (nothing major, just thought I'd report them):
1. When going into fly mode and back out, sometimes it will stop making footstep sounds. Can be fixed by restarting your world.
2. When dying, if you had "light" turned on, it will turn off for no reason. Can be fixed by turning light back on.
3. If you are in noclip and you die/restart the world, sometimes it will be really glitchy and you wont be able to go through some blocks. Can be fixed by restarting the world.
Other than that, great mod, it really helps with the redstone creations I like to make.
(I can post a video of the bugs, if you want me to)

One of these days I'm gonna think of something clever to put in this signature. One of these days I tell you....
How exactly will this mod work with 1.3? I'm just curious because I heard that Single Player is just a 1 player version of multiplayer. Like the whole thing is constantly running a server and It's Multiplayer, just with one person. I'm sorry if this sounds contradictory to itself, but I don't know how to put it.
Ok... now that the 1.3 Pre release is out. I suggest someone tries installing SPC to see what happens... I suggest you make back ups of everything before you do... but if we come to find out SPC works well enough as it is in 1.3... this will be a huge step.
Can you pls make somekind of plugin for vanilla server to use these commands in SMP ??
that would be great
P.S. make sure nobody else but the OP's Can use these
Now that in 1.3 there is no separated Multiplayer and Singleplayer I guess that it will work on both...

For 1.2.5 - I suggest getting a Bukkit server running and a plugin called "Essentials". You won't be able to find a commands mod like this on a vanilla server unless the players on your server also have it. Bukkit is probably your best option if you want your players to have a smooth experience whilst you do all the grease-work.

there is basically no chance of this, seeing as how mc now run on localhost and chat/command have seperate functions. no idea how hard it would be to fix but the way spc works now, no way.

overzealous moderators incapable of thinking for themselves are more of a danger to any forum than anyone trying to abuse it.
Hello! I have a question: how does a player spawn entities other than mobs (arrows) and at a certain velocity? If you can't, can you add it in an update please! I want to block out the sun in Minema with a 10,000 arrows!!! MWAHAHAHA! The command could be /spawnentity or /spawn and the syntax could be [AMOUNT][ENTITY][VELOCITY(x,y, or z)]
Say I want to spawn 500 arrows in a certain velocity and dimension, I would type in /spawnentity 500 Arrow 10x
Something similar and/or easier would be /spawnentity [AMOUNT][ENTITY][VELOCITY].
It would be like the /canon command, firing the entity in the direction you're facing, where you could type in something like /spawnentity 3 sand 5 and a sand would come flying out of your head.
If I try to use the /music play command, this is what I get:
Error in class 'LibraryLWJGLOpenAL'
Source 'BgMusic' not found in method 'play'
You have a conflicting Mod or your ModLoader (Forge?) is causing a problem. It works as advertised for me.

*facepalm*
If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "please", I'll say "no" because it's shorter than "yes"
