Yeah. I made that mistake at first too.
I've got my Sound Mod Enabler and my MCPatcher. Just waiting on SPC to update. Take your time. There's probably a lot to code for.

no MCP is a minecraft coding program...
its used in lots of mods. Makes it easier to code i think...
Technically, you're right. All it does it break minecraft down to its source code, and when the modder makes the changes, builds it back up again. It's not required to mod minecraft, but it sure helps.
Simo, I think the mod is great. I don't use if for a whole lot, mostly just using flying mode to build big things while not falling to my death, but I'm still new at minecraft so trying to keep it fairly simple. So far this is the only mod I've kept running though. Thanks.
To be honest though I don't know what is more entertaining: playing minecraft with this mod, or watching the comments on this post.
Depends entirely on when MCP comes out - it isn't up to me at the moment. Once it comes out I will spend time updating the mod to the latest version.
so you know what you get?
*DRUMROLL*
thats right, A NOTCH HEAD. i approve.
im unsure why this quote is here...
Pretty sure he means Minecraft Coder Pack.
MCP means minecrt coder Pack.
not MC Patcher.

"Use the Force, Kirk!" ~ Ka D'Argo
Do you think this could have something to do with me using the manual installation process?

Ah, thanks for the clarification.
Great, though unfinished.
