the one thing i'd like to see in the next update of this mod is a command that teleports the player relative to his current position. for example, in the worldedit mod, the command //shift 1 north shifts the selection area 1 unit north of where it is. i want a command like /movepl 1 north or something to do the same for your character. the reason being is some other commands are relative to the player's current position always, so it would be helpful to be able to move your player completely accurately like that.
unless there already is a command like that...is there?
Hey, this doesn't work for me. I did everything but when i start Minecraft it doesn't work and then when i check the minecraft.jar again everything is back to the original state and the things i added like the SPCpoint.class is gone ect. And the META-INF folder is back too. How can i make it stop going back to the original state?
Update minecraft to the latest version, then try modding minecraft again.
There should really be better description for /reskin
Noone made a video of it, and so I don't know what exactly it does and how to use it, though it looks very interesting.
I am currently recording and putting up videos of each command, although it is taking AGES, you can find them here: http://www.youtube.com/user/spcmod. The reskin command was more of an experiment than anything which I forgot to remove =p but yeah... it allows you to change the skin of different mobs when you point at them, just point it to the directory you are after, ie: mob/pig.png
i need help with Spc (singleplayer commands) when i load my world or when i crate a new world
it says saving chunks then goes black screen and please dont tell me to delete meta -inf because
i already did
Sounds like you missed a file or more when installing. Can you provide me with a stacktrace - you will need to run Minecraft from the commandline/console.
Here's a possible bug. I turned off item damage for a while to mine and whatnot, then when I go to turn it back on, all my colored wool/charcoal have damage bars under them and if I use the "repair" command it turns it back into white wool/coal. I don't know if this has been discussed before as I have only read the OP and the last two pages, but it'd be cool if you fixed this.
That's strange, thanks for letting me know. In Minecraft 1.6 they changed the way the "damage" works so it is possible that broke the command.
This could be a problem, for me it was working fine and i stopped playing for a little while, then when i came back and started playing the Mod was not on and i have no way to turn it back on, any ideas?
Hey, I have a small problem:
I've been using this mod for quite some time ( and i'd just like to say that it is 110% awesome! :biggrin.gif: ), but recently, I've found that I've managed to find a way to prevent damage on my main world. This is only player damage, I still take armour damage though :L
I still take damage on my other worlds though, so does this mean that I've got a corrupt save file? :S
You probably used /health infinite at some point. This actually makes your health infinite with or without the mod installed. You will need to run /health max to return back to normal.
Can you make a command to make mobs hostile to each other? like mob<NAME|ID> hostile to <NAME|ID>
So you can make all skellies hostile to all zombies for example!

Well there is a teleport command... but I know what you mean... I think that's probably a pretty good idea. Thanks.
This is the best mod, but could you make it more organised, like showing more things, like when you spawn things?
Check out: http://youtube.com/user/spcmod it will soon be the official channel for this mod which will show everything about the mod. Currently I am putting up videos which explain each command and show how it can be used. Hopefully this helps. I haven't put up the spawning commands yet though.
love this mod... this one and world edit.... to the poit i'm now addicted to their swiftness while building massive things
yet.. one question...
is there a way a player can manually make the mod recognize other mods blocks? like.. i dunno, a config txt or something like that? i would be VERY helpful.
I'm not sure if anyone's asked this yet, but is this mod compatible with OptiFog and Optimine? Because whenever I spawn a mob, they appear for a split second and disappear. :sad.gif:
I installed the mod correctly, and then tested it and it worked. I started scanning the MCF forums for different mods and then I tried it again and the startup messsage didn't show up.
Doe sanybody know what's wrong?

i tried to do that but when i did it said select region
how do you select region?

Three ways:
/give wool 64 10
/give wool:10
/give wool^10
Yes.
/output
or
/reset

Hmm interesting, and strange. Thanks for letting me know.

Makes for getting those hard to get materials easy as cake!
IF THE NPC YOU ARE RIDING ON DIES WHILE YOU ARE ON IT, IT WILL CRASH THE GAME.
What does this have to do with the price of eggs?
