Download the latest bukkit build from http://dl.bukkit.org and rename that file like the same file
that's in the MCSS folder and replace it.
After this is done, your server will be running the latest version!
Anyways, I think I'm going to try this out! Right now I'm not at my home computer, so I'll have to try it later. After that, I'll say my thoughts about it and if I like it or not.

does this work for 1.2.5???
i cant get it to work...
No like the topic title says, this is still outdated and will only work for 1.2. But I'm working on an update for the program and the bukkit build itself. If you want to updated right now you could do the following.
Download the latest bukkit build from http://dl.bukkit.org and rename that file like the same file that's in the MCSS folder and replace it.
After this is done, your server will be running the latest bukkit build!
Due to the update and and the fact that it grabs files/information from another server some Antivirus' may flag it as a false positive. Again, it's 100% safe; just allow it through and everything will be fine.
I seem to have a minor problem with the off and on switch. It disallows me to shut down the server when I click it after I close the server module. I've also tried restarting MCS7 and restarting my computer.

Anyway you can use a different craftbukkit and have the server light go to green for on? I think it's the only thing that doesn't work if you switch the jar file with a different one you wanna use.

To use a different CraftBukkit version than the ones provided/available for download you'll need to download it manually and rename it. Just download whatever version you want and simply rename it to "craftbukkit.jar". Then move it to were the old craftbukkit.jar is and overwrite it.
That's what I said. i just asked if theres any way for the green light to be on.
The green light depends on the MCSS manager plugin that's installed with MC Server Soft. If the plugin is still installed it will tell if it's online or not. But if you force the server to stop this feature WILL bug. (I'm still working on this issue).
Or did I misunderstood you question?
EDIT: the plugin also detects the bukkit version, so switching custom jars should be no problem.

MCSS 7 better blow my mind! >: O And I better see craftbukkit be saved with the same file name all the time!
Of course it will
Some features hasn't properly been finished due to time shortage. Sorry
But it will be in the next update! (This week!)

PS: I was using avast! 7.

Make sure you have Java 7 Installed.
You probably cosed the cmd window manual,
How do you fix this problem? It's also making claims that another server is running on that port.
I'll contact you in the private messenger.
Hmm, I don't know, maybe in the summer? *Not sure*

A green "on" light would be nice too. :3
