I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.
Did anyone else notice how there's no step 5? Also, when you say in step 4 that you have to copy the assets foder to a new folder in the zip, what should this "new folder" be called?
i did it all correct and added a texture folder with textures.png.mcmeta (wiki said to) ant when i select it in MC its the defalt look of things i changed. i also i dont know how i chould change the textures in mc with out the texture folder i made
I'm trying to transfer a pack that I've made from my macbook to work with Windows computers (such as my desktop). How would I go about doing that?
Well... if it's already a .zip file then just send it to yourself as an e-mail or put it on any removable media like a thumb drive that will work on both systems.
If it's not already a .zip file, make it one. Remember that your \assets\ folder, pack.png, and pack.mcmeta files should be in the root of your .zip file, not one folder in.
Paint.NET and GIMP are good choices, Paint.NET is especially good for beginners. Both are completely free.

Yes, to make a higher resolution pack, all you have to do is scale the image up to the desired dimensions.
I fixed the instructions, but forgot to update the numbers.
