How hard was your password to figure out? I mean, once one types it in enough, it should be burned into their brains, but OK. How are you going to operate (And when are you getting back on skype? We're getting lonely)?

Here are the options I'm considering. If you like one texture but think the color should be different, please let me know. This is for my Synthetic Reality pack btw.

I dunno man, I don't think that's enough bricks, we definitely need more. (also 1st row, 4th from the left looks the best, though the bricks would look tiny in game)

You think I should scale up the bricks a bit? I can do that, but then I have to make 'em tile again. I will probably do that tomorrow night and see how it turns out. I decided to finally get rid of one of the only two things on the terrain.png that isn't mine: the brown mushroom. I'm liking what I have come up with, but it just doesn't quite feel finished. Perhaps you can figure out what it is that is making it seem unfinished?

Edit: For the mushroom IMO it seems a bit overdone with the tall mushroom. Maybe you could make it shorter?

Looks to me like you just took a reference image and skewed it a bit. Doesn't matter if you actually made those yourself, you still somehow made them look like a complete copy paste lol. The outlines are all wobbly and uneven and the mushrooms themselves look distorted.

This is what they need to look like, where they're pretty much pointing up, instead of being skewed to the left or right, because pretty much all mushrooms point straight up.
I would even add a few tiny mushrooms like so (you can use this design if you want)



Second, your shadows aren't very good and the mushrooms look VERY flat cause of that.
Look at how a mushroom is shaded.

After MONTHS of trial and error, I did the impossible. I made a stone I actually thought looked decent.



I'm still unsure, but I like it.

I must admit that I am a bit of an Alphite, as I've been playing since mid-August 2010, and I always thought the game looked really good back then. While modern MC isn't bad, I always thought that the addition of more "realistic" graphics was slightly strange. In particular, the new lighting bugs me, which directly resulted in the creation of ClassicLight, heh
