Lovin' that new stone-texture you just tossed up there; although I mustadmit I figure it strange how you change your order of how you apply your tones. For example, that stone adds your strongest highlight, and then weaker one - rather than vice-versa as I'd do.
I always make a habit, for some reason, of applying all my colour tones in order (base, darkest, darker, weak highlight, strongest highlight), no matter what texture it is. Perhaps I should vary that, it might give more interesting results for me
...or it could just look the exact-same overall, and make things unnecessarily difficult xD
EDIT: JESUS I type a LOT very quickly, it's like my typing speed goes as ape-crap as my mind does sometimes. That's insane.
I chose to use the lightest colour to outline before I added highlights, it was easier then. And yes, you type like crazy.
I would ask for grass top if anything; I find it really tricky and you don't have to do it in grayscale, you can do it in green and then turn the color grayscale.
Oh yeah, and would you be accepting community made tutorials? I have a great one for sidegrass.
I second this. I'd also like to request a tutorial on how to make wool look right without turning it into snow.
Added ore tutorial, tell me what you think and what I should make next.
Gravel would be nice. I've tried 4 different styles of gravel in my pack, but they all look terrible next to stone (where you would usually find gravel). Can't figure out how to get proper contrast/coloring for it.

I'm not going to make a tutorial on gravel but what you can do is take your dirt texture and just add lots of pebbles in it.
Fishy, maybe you could make a furnace or workbench? I find them to be quite fun to do!
Either that or another cobble style, stonebrick or sandstone. I think you need another rocky texture up there since you do them so well. (they're always my favourites of your textures)

Yeah, I'll probably do cobble or some sort of brick, should they be pixel art or normal?
Also, thanks, I like your stone textures very much aswell, especially cobble!

...But that's just my opinion.
My DeviantART, requests welcome.

I don't want to make top grass, it's so boring. :/

Will do. (Later)
I've been here for a loooooooooong time.
The last post on this thread was more than a year ago, it's rather outdated. It doesn't represent my current style or skill at all.
I might make some more tutorials though, now that I was reminded that this exists.
