There's an official thread for this? Why did I not know this before!? Gaaaaaah I could have expressed my love and adoration for the customizer long ago!
I'm having issues with the Enderman Eyes. It says it's a duplicate when I upload it but none are listed in my textures. Thanks.
ETA: No enderdragon health bar either.
It checks for dupes within your pack, the default pack, and any other packs that we have specified to check against (mostly the big and popular ones). It must be finding a dupe there.

I can't upload anything either. When I go to the edit page both 'loading' bars appear half full (even though I haven't done anything yet) and when I click 'browse' (to look for a file to add) I just get taken to the top of the page.
Just updated firefox AND flash. And I still keep getting this message whenever I try to update my pack:

It`s been like that for me as well for the past month, Both my Java and flash are up to date and now I'm just confused.
Hoping not but, is the Customizer dead? I notice there's basically been no activity since December 4th. I see there were issues uploading back towards the start of last month... did that just never get fixed?
The only texture pack that seems to still get edited is Dokucraft, but with weird lag issues the site has and the... ...less than good (I love Dokucraft but I've really gotta complain about the customizer set up for that, it's especially annoying setting it for armors), that's become a bit of a pain to do much with.
Here's hoping Customizer comes back. I love having some freedom with my packs, and saw Customizer as basically being Painterly for those of us that want to go above 16x.

Java is bulky, slow, hogs resources, passes out from exhaustion, and although it was big in the 90's is now typically only found on poorly designed websites. Much like Harry Knowles. So any time Minecraft crashes, blame Java.
We are not dead nor is the site dead (at least completely). We know of the outstanding bugs and will eventually get to them but we have limited time which can be allocated to working on the site. (Though it's still pretty good for a free service) :smile.gif:
I will eventually (hopefully within the next couple weeks) create a new uploader to replace the current, now-broken uploader I have been using. With that will likely come additional site features, user-interface upgrades, and other cool stuff. Please provide suggestions in the Feature Suggestions portion of our forum including practical features, UI improvements, or anything else that you feel could really improve the site.
I guess that could be a good sign.......

It is supported. We just haven't updated the site to say so.

Try flushing your DNS cache.
I have no idea why that happens to you. It may be a DNS error. Try flushing your DNS cache or setting your DNS to OpenDNS.
