Models, models, and more models! I've been modelling left and right since the block model json format's release. Every so often I do break things tho--if you see any pink and black blocks let me know and I'll try fix them ASAP!
I've also been working on adding in custom sounds, or sounds from FEZ.
I'm working on finishing the mobs, and retexturing the ones which were ripped from Frenden's Cartoon pack.
BubbleRevolution for Iron Golems and villagers, also for the original fire (I added more frames) and written/writing-book textures, and for the current Nether Star textures.
I hope you finish it soon, and also that you add Fez music to the game.
You can use it while I'm still working on it, and even keep it automatically updated (I think!) by adding the folder to your dropbox (If you have one--if not, you can download the folder as a zip and just stick that folder in your minecraft resourcepacks folder)
I was thinking about adding the fez sounds/music to the resourcepack, but I think I'd have to get permission. =(
I see you used some of the textures I made and put on the old thread. Nice to see them get some use!
Honestly, I don't even remember when I initially downloaded the bits and pieces which made up my pre-edited FEZ texturepack. It was so long ago. x.x
Which textures did you make? I'll give you credit in the OP.

That would be amaaaaaaaaazing, if you don't mind me doing a bit of editing if need to! (I usually do. ;D)
Thanks for the support, guys. =B
I made the fire, the book GUI, the written book, and the Nether Star. I'll get the villager skins up soon.
Through dropbox? Oh, that's strange, I can't either. Dropbox downloads must be down! I'll upload the current .zip to my website.
Wait, actually, it just started the zip download. It takes a while! I guess that's because there are so many files in the texturepack.
Of course, I do have a lot of untextured modpack files in there.
I'll upload a default minecraft version as a .zip. Give me ten minutes. =)
EDIT: Updated the downloads section. Now, since I have a symbolic link connecting my FEZ folder in dropbox with the resourcepack in dropbox, it's VERY up to date. That means every time I change a texture, it updates to dropbox in real time! It's incredibly handy. Both the vanilla and mod support downloads use this technique. The direct zips, however, I'll just update whenever someone asks.
We should try to figure out how to add the fez music and sounds to the game, would be pretty cool.
I know exactly how, and actually have all the sounds/music from fez, ready to import into the pack. The thing is, I'm not sure if it's allowed, and since Phil Fish isn't even active on things anymore, I don't know who to ask. I suppose if this pack is noticed and they don't want the sounds/music in it then I'll take it out.
I added some step sounds, changed the menu/dispenser click sound, and the open/closing sounds. I have more, but I'm a little busy right now, so I'll add more later.

Nice, hope you add ambient music too and maybe some records.
Copyright is a bit of an annoying thing but the french guys who made a skyrim soundpack doesn't seem to care.
FEZR is a resourcepack based on the indie game FEZ by Phil Fish. This resourcepack was based on the texturepack from years ago by Edgepixel.
Disco biomes are much less desaturated.
Perfect for any scenario, even building an adventure map!
Look at how gorgeous some terrain looks with FEZ!
Not only the terrain, but the stuff you build is too!
Custom models!
Many, many alternate versions of blocks! It's so lively! =0

Updated the original post! I'll add some download links either tonight or tomorrow.

I have some custom villager and golem skins you can use, if you want.
It had to be done! x3

Edit: forgot my original thought, this looks really cool!
16x! =)

Those textures are sooooo gooooood ;.;
Love them but the little villager with the fu manchu is a bit strange:
That's based on a character from the actual game FEZ named Geezer. =)
