Update:
Iron golems blink (sort of like a shutter over their eyes).
Netherwart bounces/sways.
Creeper eyes pulse red.
Enderman eyes pulse a darker purple.
Fern sways back and forth.
Furnace animation improved.
Beacon animation improved.
Glowstone animation totally redone (looks way better now).
Most wheat stages sway. The taller they get, the more they sway.
The skin for the enderman eyes work strangely, making it hard to make look good. I think the eyes look ok though. I'm still working on netherack and some other stuff. Now there are over 90 animations!

Ooooo, I got an idea! Make snow golems drip, and make the iron golems' vines sway back and forth.
Haha I like the snow golem idea! I could make them drip more or less depending on the biome that it's in, I think. I'll add that to my to-do. The iron golem idea is also good, but it will be low on my list.

I can't imagine how this would look like combined with R3DCRAFT... I bet it would look so amazing that it would be the most known texture pack.

I don't get why R3DCraft is so popular... There have been so many like it that just add noise and shading under each pixel. I don't think that it's going to happen.
I'm not quite sure what you mean about end portal frames. I made the eye in them blink like the eye of ender item, if that's what you mean.
Next update and netherack is taking a lot of time (176 frames to do). It should look good though. Just so you guys know, with my free time I can either work on this, or play minecraft. The past few months I have chosen this, but that gets old after however many hundred frames I have made. I'm still working on this a lot but I'm splitting my time a bit more.
13w21a makes animations go waaaaaay too fast. Just a heads up. I love the pack, btw.
Thanks for the heads up. I did some testing and it looks like even though it recognizes the txt file it doesn't read it. I think it's a bug and there isn't anything I can do atm. It looks like they are merging/changing texture packs to resource packs which will possibly combine sound packs(?) with texture packs (maybe a start of a plugin system?). I'll see in future snapshots what I need to change.
Edit: Grum confirmed this as going to be fixed in the next snapshot. It is a result of the half way implementation of ResourcePacks.
I remember when I first started I would go through the blocks and items to see what to do next and be like "I think I'm done!" but I always find something else. Thanks for all the great comments guys!
After playing for a while, I love all the animations except for Soul Sand. I think that it could be a tad slower and more "ghastly". Not really bad, but the seems to be the weakest link out of all the animations. I love the trees, grass, and the subtle glow of the glowstone the most.

Thanks for your feedback. I sort of visualize the faces on soul sand as meaninglessly blabbering and maybe wailing, and the speed seems ok for that. I'll experiment with making it slower, and there is a good chance it will happen; but I'm not sure how to make it more "ghastly."
Open the "Blocksmith Hybrid v1.4.zip" and go to "textures" then "blocks" and select leaves.png, leaves.txt, leaves_jungle.png, leaves_jungle.txt, leaves_spruce.png and leaves_spruce.txt. Then press the delete key on your keyboard, or right click one of them, and click "Delete", and you're good to go! Sorry to hear the leaves aren't enjoyable for you.
Well, Wait, you know how Endermen used to have green eyes? Just make their eyes pulsate green to purple all the time! Might look weird, but cool.
