There is a texture pack converter to use that would allow the old 1.5.2 version to be used in 1.6.2, albeit without the new blocks in HD. Still, most of it would use HD. It's an auto texture to resource pack converter. I forget the name but it's easy to find. Might be multiple of such tools actually. I just hope UniblueMedia used one of these rather than convert it all manually!
Also, now I can update to the newer textures! =D

I kinda have to convert it manually. Each individual file belongs to Photoshop project files. The Photoshop project files needs to be renamed and moved around in correct folders as well. That's why it's a bit irritating to see Mojang updating the whole texture pack system again, but I know why they do it, and it do acts cleaner and simpler if we look at it from a coder's and a texture artist's perspective.
I think it would be really awesome if you (Uniblue) and general work together to make this amazing texture pack update faster. Although, I could see your reasons for wanting to work on this alone. Just keep making this amazing texture pack!!!

Oh, that sort of sucks. I understand the frustration of having to redo a lot of work. However it's good to know you're not dead! Keep up the amazing work that you are doing. This texture pack is simply amazing since it keeps the original vanilla look and feel but with amazing HD quality. The only one I have and am ever willing to use. We're all supporting you out here! Take the time you need despite those unnecessary complaints to hurry up. A masterpiece, such as the artwork for this texture pack, is never completed in a single day! You have amazing skills. Diamonds for you sir!
And some golden apples and Notches too!
For anyone having problems with larger packs, got to Java in your control panel, and paste "-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:+UseAdaptiveGCBoundary -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=500 -XX:-UseGCOverheadLimit -XX:SurvivorRatio=12 -Xnoclassgc -XX:UseSSE=3 -Xincgc -Xmx10240M" in the runtime parameters. This let me run the 512x without it being rejected.
I had the same problem, and its pretty easy to solve, if you want to!
Inside your resourcepack folder, browse to "[1.6.2] R3D CRAFT Default Realism xxx(75%)/assets/minecraft/textures/blocks" (where xxx is the resolution of your version of r3dcraft), create a duplicate of "fire_layer_1.png.mcmeta" and rename it "furnace_front_on.png.mcmeta"
That file indicates how to use the texture, in this case by animate it
Thanks, it helps.Sometimes, all the textures get all buggy. It just randomly happens too. It's easy to fix, its just that no other texture pack does this. I'm using the 128x by the way.
Are all the downloads changed to the 1.6.2 downloads?

Awesome! It's great to see that you are back.
HE LIVES! Great to know you're still working on the texture pack.

He lives! Awsome! Welcome back man! Great to see you're working on this again!
I don't know how many time you have and will get in the future. But maybe it's easier for you to work together with General_207

A basic achievement tab. Not sure if working properly.
Added the horse stuff.
Not sure what the letters are for but I made them.
A basic horse gui but again not sure if working right. All of this is 128x for anyone that wants it.
It is missing its mcmeta file that is supposed to go with it. That's why you are seeing it like that.
I found a small little streak of pixels on my iron hatchet one day...
It's that little white in front of it...
Maybe you could fix it? Thanks
Edit: I've found numerous items with the same problem, maybe there should be a check where clearing them out would be great
