What I mean is the actual music disc item is going to be invisible.
No it isn't. Mojang used an already existing music disc sprite for it because i see no changes in the items.png in my 1.4.4 minecraft.jar file. So everything should still work if patched correctly.
I'm glad you will be supporting mods later. this is my all time favorite texture. I've favorited it.
I'm more then satisfied to wait for you to finish the vanilla textures. Keep up the good work.
That's correct, just like all your other replies given, and I would like to thank you for that, for answering people's questions so fast and so frequently. Thank you
You need to patch your Minecraft client ith either a mod called "MCPatcher" or "Optifine". Both of these mods make your Minecraft client run HD textures correctly.

Google 'allocating more memory to java' and then you'll be able to run the 512x pack

Ok so I googled it but even if i do the exact thing written there, it won't let me use the 512x, still getting Outofmemory crashes. Well here is the crash report if I did something wrong:

I really like the texture pack but hate the leaves. Everything looks amzing but I just can't stand using it because I like to incorporate jungle leaves into my builds and to me they look bad. Are they going to be changed eventually or am I going to need to do some combining of texturepacks myself?

Invisible music. I don't listen to my music with my eyes anyway.

I use 128x128 and it works quite fine
I made a gallery for comparison over here.

They are just temporary, as stated earlier on this thread. I agree. They could look better and I intend to make them so as well.
