I really like your pack. You have some very cool textures and a good eye for design, and the monster mob skins are absolutely terrifying. As a matter of personal preference, I like some of the textures in v15 a little better, and it's good to hear that you will be supporting customization.
Some points of contention:
The inventory screen: the dark grey background for the inventory makes certain things, like coal and gunpowder, difficult to see. A little more contrast would be nice.
Color: The new gravel and iron blocks are too similar in palette to your stone/cobblestone/stone bricks, and don't offer any kind of contrast to highlight the uniqueness of these blocks. The iron just looks like another type of stone, as does the gravel.
For the iron, I would want it to look more like a metal, and to have a texture that sets it apart from stone.
For the gravel, I would want something that has more contrast, so gravel walkways (for example) don't just look like cobblestone. I found your v15 gravel to be too brown, and thus too similar to dirt, and your v16 gravel too grey. Perhaps if you could find a happy medium between the two, you would have a winner.
Another thing is the fact that your v16 crafting table, TNT, and wooden door all now share the same texture. Some contrast here would be nice. I liked the tools on the crafting table, personally, and think you should incorporate them again. The new TNT top texture is really cool, though, so good job there.
I hope that you find this feedback useful, and of course I'm only saying it as constructive criticism, because I do really like your pack.
Cheers.
Thanks for the feedback, it's good to hear what the people who use my pack think.
I've had complaints before about the darkish inventory. I just haven't gotten around to addressing the issue. But I seem to remember that when I made that GUI there were problems with other items when I made it a bit brighter. I'll look into it again though and see what I can do to make everything easy to see.
A lot of people have mentioned the gravel too. I suppose I could give it some color again, like default gravel. You ask for more contrast, but I played around with gravel textures for a few hours, and with any more contrast than it already has, it just turns into a noisy mess at any distance beyond short.
As for iron blocks, I made them one morning and loved them at the time, but now they do seem a bit lame to me at most distance, especially from afar. I'll prob redo the soon, and just slide the former texture back in place.
Crafting table: I made it have that side texture because I wanted it to be useful for building with. With that wood panel side it can be used to add baseboards to a wood plank wall, or as a top and bottom to log support columns. I may change it, but I think this is more of a case that people aren't accustomed to thinking of blocks the way I think of them. After all, this is 'a texture pack for architects'.
The reason the TNT shares that side texture is that the old one was craaaap, so I just slapped a temp on it, thinking 'it's just TNT, who cares'. I'll get it worked out though.

I personally think the way you have gone makes total sense, as you say, after all it is an Architects pack, aimed at creative building rather than survival. And using a few extra blocks as building materials is such a good idea, especially how the furnace/dispenser now work really well as column terminators.
Gravel is nice, but slight colour may be enough to give that variety.
Also I'm happy to see that you fixed the Coloured Noise I "complained" about in v15 on the Cobble looks much better now

No problem. I've seen some of your YouTube videos and read through most of this thread, and you seemed like someone who liked getting feedback, so I thought I'd throw in my two cents.

Right on, just pointing it out.

Sorry, maybe I worded this poorly. I think the texture to your gravel is great. It's the color that lacks contrast, and by this I mean contrast between the various stone blocks. In a word, it looks too much like cobblestone to me, and since I like to make gravel paths, I'd like to see something that looks a little more distinct. Does that make sense?
As for iron blocks, I made them one morning and loved them at the time, but now they do seem a bit lame to me at most distance, especially from afar. I'll prob redo the soon, and just slide the former texture back in place.
Don't get me wrong here, I like the texture that you created. It's just that it doesn't scream 'IRON' to me when I look at it. As an alternate to smooth stone or stone slabs, definitely.

Ah, thanks for clarifying your thought process here. Carry on, then.

You're right, it is just TNT. I was just being picky.
Thanks for using my pack.
Certainly. I enjoy supporting creative projects of merit.
BUG FOUND: Cooked porkchop has 2 flying pixels. Just noticed
It is a real good texture pack, I am using it! I just wonder why some items are smaller and at the top of the texture, not in the center. Holding them looks a bit weird...
Fixed the porkchop for next update. (Today?) But I'm going to redo the whole items sheet pretty soon.
I love the new vine and spruce leaf textures. The delicate vines and new leaf texture look great in gardens!
I'm glad you like them, and thanks for telling me - I was considering redoing vines so that they would look a bit better in jungles, but now that I realize they are more useful in other ways, I probably wont.
I just want you to know you're doing a great job and to keep going! Eventually you'll get some more (much deserved) puplizity and this thing will utterly blow up. You know, in a good way...
Thanks, and yeah it does make more sense in a way. What's so great about perrple tho?
Nothing special, just personal preference. Purple is my favorite color and red literally hurts my eyes. I also prefer your old bookcase texture over the current one.

Do you think you'll ever do animated tall grass?
I sincerely doubt I would do animated tall grass. I've seen how it looks in Summerfields and it just looks silly to me. I feel like those kinds of things(tall grass, leaves, vines) should be 'animated' only by gsgl shaders, so that the waving is randomized instead of in unison. Unfortunately most people can't run shaders. Maybe there will be some compromising solution in the future...
I've tried doing alternate fonts, but they just get all jumbled up and weird. I don't understand how to do it.
Fair enough.. I found a program at one point that made a font bitmap, and seemed to work OK, it was on the MC Forums somewhere, can't remember where it was though.. it was way back in 1.4beta or something

Thanks. My pack has already gotten so much attention though. I don't know what I would do if it got more.
I've used this pack before I just know it! Deja vu :/. But this pack is awesome, it kind of makes the game a bit cheerier. Although I dont really like the creeper's face. It very slightly ruins the original "shape" of the face (saying that because i'm a big fan of the original creeper ) Its amazing how much time you put into this.
EDIT: Looks even better in game I'll definitely be using this when I'm building my server, especially because it doesnt lag down my laptop. My desktop gets glitchy when I try to play from there (its hosting it).
Also, the nether should be rated M
EDIT 2: Is there a reason sandstone and glass have a texture as an entity and in my inventory but when placed they have default texture? Note I have Optifine installed instead of patching it with MCPatcher.

I've made like... $100 from on this ad.fly. XD That's over the course of 8 months. They really don't pay much at all. But hey, that's like seven or eight pizzas.

I have a HD Font I keep transposing into your pack so I can handle it but if you were able to look at coming up with something that would be awesome
Now, regarding the new additions:
From what I can tell I like them all
Cheers!

I'll just keep using the Faithful 32x packs Font
How's the customizer coming up?
BTW: The new sandstone is just friggin awesome. 10/10

What does the first line of the OP say?
Or you can use Optifine-smooth or Optifine-MultiCore.
Oh, I dunno, make more money off of it?
