I really do enjoy this texture pack. It's simple, yet looks better than vanilla minecraft.
I do have a question though. I have the mod for the Aether, but I don't know how to apply the Jolicraft Aether 1.1 to it. I've tried putting it into the texturepack folder, but it doesn't seem to work.....
The front page doesn't really say either. Anyone know how to?

All you have to do is drop the aether folder in the root directory(the place where all the folders are) and add the armor files to the armor folder.
PS: Can you add the old aether side grass as an alternate. I loved that one.
I'm back, with many more mosquito bites than when I'd left. I found a nice tree branch and whittled it down to a smooth walking stick. I made an inukshuk on a boulder in a river. We made stew over the campfire and it was the best stew I've ever eaten. I canoed. I swam. I hiked. I caught 3 crayfish and didn't get pinched. I caught a toad and a salamander and they had a wedding. At night by the fire several bold raccoons and skunks attempted to help themselves to my food - my dog didn't approve, but I really didn't want him to get sprayed by a skunk so he stayed like a good boy while I shooed them away with sticks and stones. Mojang should do a camping update after the adventure update, agreed?
You may live in Texas but I always read your posts with a blustering gaffer (old man,British) voice. It is probably because of your avatar which makes me think of the walrus and the carpenter.
Me too. Is there such thing as a blustering gaffer with a Texan accent? We'll see...

I do intend on adding proper instructions soon. It's on my todo list. Thanks for filling the void til then :wink.gif:. And yes, I'll definitely add the other aether sidegrass as an alt.
That HAD to have been a joke. "dont worry man i edited them a little around the edges and stuff so its ok". No one actually says stuff like that and means it. I hope...
Hey i'm Donkey 2012 and i made the 3D Model Default texture (see sig). and i was wondering if you would mind if i make one with your jolicraft textures as base instead of the default texturepack.
i can make jolicraft look really cool i will call it '3D Model Jolicraft'. check out my 3D Model default first before you answer this.
i won't claim that jolicraft is mine, but i will be using ad.fly for the work i've done.i will give you credits for jolicraft.
if you let me make this you won't regret it. :tongue.gif:
get back to me please :tongue.gif:

Ping'd you back via PM. I'm cool with it, just not the ad.fly part.
Oh ya, BTW Andre, on Minecraft-Customizer, when someone puts on that longer side grasses and puts it on as their texture pack. The normal grass is the longer grass, but the grass with snow on it is the original grass. So ya might wanna look at that.
Since everyone has been making Jolicraft related skins, I decided to make one too! :biggrin.gif:
I've been playing a lot of dwarf fortress lately so I made a woodcutting dwarf!

Is camping safe, for the most part? According to the photo description, the guy was trying to make s'mores. O_o
oh god how could you make smores and end up in the fire
A sandwich of sorts made from a piece of chocolate and a roasted marshmallow squished between two graham crackers.
Definitely. Just lagging behind, trying to catchup with my projects. Stay tuned!
I've been away from minecraft since a few month and now I've got a problem with patching with Jolicraft.
Everything is fine except the texture of flowing water and lava. I mean, what the hell ? Does anyone know what to do in this case.
Thanks !
You need to use "MCPatcher" to patch your minecraft. This will allow you to have the custom water & lava. You can download it here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/232701-611-update166-compatible-mcpatcher-hd-fix-210-02/
Just drop MCPatcher in your minecraft directory, run it, and click "Patch". That should be all you need :smile.gif:
Sweet skin!
I've been playing a lot of dwarf fortress lately so I made a woodcutting dwarf!
Where did you go to get those pictures?
I know exactly what I'm going to do for the Endermen. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait too see :smile.gif:
