Any thoughts ? I think It would make a great skin. Replace the water with something similar to the digital sea.
Make the blocks have certain colors, like stone would be the color of the mountain region. But made so it blends together?
It seems like a good idea. The sky could be the same as in the virtual world.
I personally would love to see a complete Code Lyoko Mod w/ Texture Pack! With all the wacky and weird Mobs being created now, there has got to some close enough to alter into reasonable likenesses of the Xana Monsters!

Hmm.. Code lyoko is one of the best shows on the face of the earth, and minecraft is a great game, and I make adventure maps. I'm good at graphic design, so I'll give you guys a link when a code lyoko CTM adventure map is done!
PS: don't expect it in a few days, something like this may take months.
I have started some work on it. here are some pics
this is sector 5. and this is a tower.
I also started work on the forest sector as it is the easiest but haven't work on the others.

I've been watching this thread a while, too see if anyone would pick up the project or not. I'm big-time fan with a minor collection of downloaded still-frames and reference images. If you need a picture of something specific, let me know; I might already have it on my laptop....
BTW, sorry about the Spoiler Edit; but it takes up less room in a post that way.... :wink.gif:

Just saw your reply .... I'll set up a dedicated folder on my Photobucket account to upload what I have already; and I'll look around for more stuff. Remember 1 thing: Each Sector Zone was to be a digitized representation of a specific terrain (Forest; Desert; etc). I would say the smartest route (the one giving the fewest headaches) would be to design the Nether as "Sector 5", a tron-like zone that poised the greatest dangers, while the main world is ... the real world, where the gang went to school and so on.
I'll edit this Posting to give the link when I have things set up....
The thing with doing it in the nether is that you have this red haze everywhere and it wont suit anything from the show. I planed on saving it for like the digital sea from season 4. However I am not sure how to incorporate the real world into it unless I use the Aether mod to add another dimension.

The red haze issue is something that will undeniably have to be dealt with at some point, since none of the Lyoko Sectors have a reddish tint. I only mentioned the Nether being Sector 5 because it has a similar layout. As for the Aether, as you'll see by the images I've found, it would be a much better Mountain Sector, since none of that Sector's many peaks actually touch ground.

Awesome! I was thinking something like that, but it seems you've already taken the job! :smile.gif: Good luck, and if you want some ideas, I've got them! (I was thinking you should make it a Complete the monument type map and have the player deactivate the towers in every sector and a few replicas. The kollossus could be an area to explore! You could have a monument in Sector five where you must place a green data block from each tower on it and if you do that, you win the map!) I'm really looking forward to the end result.

And who wouldn't want towers as a home base?
I'm asking you, as a friend... Just...put an end to me.
Also, if someone does this, please give us Odd's laser arrows.
He's looking for you....
I would MOSDEF be using that texture.
It would also be AMAZING if you could replace the monsters with code lyoko monsters.
Arrows = Lasers?

Here's the link; I've even customized the link...

The Xana Eye I found is generic enough to be used just about anywhere; but I did crystal blue variation used throughout Sector 5. Hope this helps....
