Okay, Step 1: you have to make/download a skin. There are resources such as the Skindex, Etc. And pick one that you like and save it to your desktop. Now, If the skin you downloaded has Arms,Legs,and A mask. You should be able to use it for the following Mobs: Zombies, Skeletons, And Zombie Pigmen. If you want to use a skin for Other mobs such as: Creepers, Cows, Chickens, Pigs, Ghasts, And Sheep, You need to just edit them manually using paint, or any other picture editing program. Step 2 (optional): Before you merge the file you can open your bin and go to the minecraft.jar with Winrar and click on the mob folder and find the mob you want to replace and drag it onto your desktop named as "_____ Backup" Step 3: Now, You rename the skin you made/downloaded as the mob name such as "creeper", "Zombie", "Pigzombie" and drag it into the mob folder in your minecraft.jar and there you have it! Step 4: Then you can play minecraft with your own mob skin! if you want to change it just do the same process
