LevelCraft is back with all original experience...
And I did some other stuff.
Axes can now be used as weapons (And levelled with McMMO), and yes...I kept McMMO.
It's now slightly harder to level...but it DID add some cool features.
I'll be tweaking things over the next couple of days to make the game easier to play, but yes...it's up again!
Enjoy, you lot.
---------
And Mazer, nice application, but there are only 2 problems:
I actually need names for the vouching (I did see your note ^.^)
You need to be 16 or over to be part of the team, I'm sorry ;(
It's for legal reasons, and they're not my rules.
Maybe soon, though!
And if I can argue enough with the legal team, I can probably get that restriction lifted! ^.^
So is PVP in towns actually legal? I know it says yes in the Wiki but everyone I asked in game said no... however I was just killed in Bastion by a member of Masayaf (I think it was someome with a mayor title)
Could use some clarification... if it is allowed thats kind of annoying, potentially every time you go to build a house someone could just pop out and kill you.
ALSO I just found a wierd bug. If you try to make a lockette sign on a door and put a capital P in [Private] spout crashes!

Yes, PvP is allowed anywhere but in Bale (Where it's disabled, anyway).
Think about it. Stealing is allowed...so how are you supposed to defend yourself if you can't kill the thieves?
Just makes sense.
And yes, I'm aware about the Spout crash for signs...it does the same for me ;P
But then if you do it again after relaunching, you're fine and it will let you do it.
Ok gotcha. One other thing: I just donated $40 and got the premium pack, but I cant set my class to Dhero or access the Portals in Bale. They are just empty... and yes I did type /buy claim. I got the terrans but nothing else :sad.gif:

Your choice of course, but I don't quite understand the reasoning here -
Perhaps the main draw of towns is the ability to use Lockette for protected storage. So presumably most people living in towns are locking their chests; I wouldn't expect in-town stealing to be much of an issue. Rarer still would be a thief actually caught in the act by a player who is online and near their (for some reason, unprotected) chest.
Seems to me the main effect of turning on PVP in towns, rather, will be that new players have virtually no refuge from aggressive high level players. Now a high level player can walk right into town and kill new players as they like, whereas before noobs could be advised to stay in town when such a player was on the loose.
If you wanted to move toward having a more dangerous world, it accomplishes that.. but I can't see how it's particularly related to stealing.
If I might suggest - if you could somehow set it up - would be allowing Mayors to turn off PvP in town for an additional upkeep cost. Maybe 500 T daily, if you want a no-PvP town.
Reasoning is to make this server more realisic, if you don't like it then make up a sensible solution, for example, build walls...
You might re-read the conversation; Cav mentioned it would allow people to defend themselves against stealing in towns, by letting them attack the thieves. I'm just making the observation that this seems unnecessary, if that's the main reason, given that in town you can just lock your chests.

Aye, there's been a bug recently.
As soon as I relaunch the server, it should be fixed, and I'll give you your stuff ^.^

I believe mayors can turn off PvP if they really want to.
The main problem is...not every chest in a town is locked, and numerous times have people walked into a town, told to leave...and they wouldn't. So, I added PvP so people can take care of it themselves.
wow gray list your so gay if you put no whitelist you should put graylist so people dont think they can jsut join and have fun

Server's going back up right after I post this!
Did some minor bug fixes, and everything should be good now (As far as ingame buying, and some minor crashes)!
In other repeated news, I have 2 applications up. One for [Help], and one for [Builder].
If you're interested in either, fill out the form and post it!
