Yes, I had to drag a facking mushroom cow over 14km. I didn't even use them because I already had an endless supply of every other type of food. They by no means took anything into consideration when adding it into the game.

Except "How can we convince people to drag cattle across harsh terrain for hours?"

Well, I guess you can say it was worth adding something rare so that people would use it simply because it's rare. I wanted mooshrooms to debunk any glitches if someone in the forum mentioned one. There could have been so many better ways to tweak the mushroom biome.
I don't want it removed but I hope Jeb..
****, time to mod again. rofl
I've never found one either. I think the thrill of finding one would be watered down if they were made more common, though.
Lol, KyoShinda, you're the only person who repped OP. Why? You don't like zee mooshroomz? D=
Basically what Mat said, I would like them if they were more common.
I literally spent a real day and a half looking for one. Either they keep mushroom islands rare and add more value to them or they make them more common and keep them as unstackable-food strongholds.
I think that Kyo just has (understandable) personal issues with the mushroom biome.
I just tried the "lost" seed, and the biome... Well, I didn't HATE it. It was OKAY.
I think that the giant mushrooms should be more prevalent and have a better design.
On making them more common, I would be okay with that. I haven't encountered one legit.

Well, when I first saw it I was ecstatic. I think they are very cool, but when you actually take the effort to traverse to one, after you get there(after the glamour wears off) you feel like you just went to the moon, expected cheese, but there was none. Like you wasted masses of resource to get to a flying rock.

I think you found that moon-cheese, then realized that it's still just cheese, and you don't know why you were so excited in the first place.
You mean the sounds correct? Yeah that was a bummer which let the dragon down a little.
--Sorry, I didn't mean finished, I mean fixed. I've posted this quite a few times but basically, before you attack the dragon, it gets this force field that knocks you back and does damage to you. After you attack it for the first time, whether it's sword or bow(maybe even tnt), the force field wears off and when it hits you afterwards, all it does is merely nudge you just like any other entity would.
Basically, after you damage it, the damage and knockback go away.
Notice how 'later' in the battle no more enderman go flying when it swoops down at you?
..and also, what will the egg do? :/
Edit: That would be cool if they added new sounds like you said and made it spit flames. :biggrin.gif:
I thought we were done with the mushroom biome rants!! Do you know how incredibly rare they are?! I've never found one before! I've told myself that I would find one on my own without cheating and looking up a seed. And for the past 4 months, I still haven't found one!
Man, these mushroom biomes are everywhere! So ugly, there's always one cluttering up the horizon with its weird-ass terrain and those ugly mobs. I really think they should be rare, so I don't see one everywhere I look.
For real, I've never seen a mooshroom, but I really want to find one some day. I think there should be more biomes like that, really rare and very distinctive with unique resources.

Doesn't keep cheese from being delicious, though.
Mushroom + Ender Pearl = Eye of Fungus? Locate 'shroom biome? Preserve random generation? Also preserve how it's optional to find one?
Yes? Mayhaps?
I think I have a problem? Someone help?
Considering they still haven't finished the dragon, I think they totally forgot about it in general.
