I would like to be guard because I want a safe place for the working prisoners and let the law breakers know, that there will be even more Consequences by breaking the rules.

I had play on the server about 2 month now, and I worked our way to the Elite rank.
3) Do you understand that abusing your powers as guard will lead to you being stripped of your status and maybe even banned?

I am a good choice to be guard because I have the experience to keep track of a lot of things and I will be able to do my job.

Reason for ban: I was helping STPM222 on the elite quest thing by pressing the button for him when suddenly I was banned for flying. I dont know why cause i cant hack... im realy bad at it.

Why I should be unban: I dont know why I was. Mabey there was a glitch and from his side I was flying (as I have seen many glitchs like this). Bomber claims to have seen me floating at least 1 block away from a solid block. There are many ways that he could have been mistaken. The angle that he was at might have made it so it seems like I was farther away then I realy was0. from the solid block. Also the server might have been glitching. Right before he banned me the server restarted without warning. Everyone was confused when it got back online. In a matter of minutes I was banned from the server. A simular accurance was two days ago when Jaak hosted spleef in the event room. One player went afk and was flying in the air during his absence. When he got back he was unaware that he was flying. He might have been hacking or useing a mod I dont realy know. My basic conclusion is that there can be glitchs or lag in minecraft that make it look unlike what is realy going on but, I did not use hacks or mods on minecraft and I never will.

I think choc should get another chance at guard to prove he is trustworthy again. What he gunna do abuse jail command and get demoted let's forgive and forget well kinda forget.

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Yes. Time and time again.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? Yes, have been Alpha Guard on Convicted before. Played on a few other Prison Servers in my time of being on Minecraft. Will admit, nothing better than Convicted.
6) What is your time zone? GMT (London)
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I've been a Guard before, I am aware I was better before I got Alpha but that is not what I want. I just to become a Guard and stay at that, I very much doubt Alpha would ever happen but I don't want it really. I just want to settle back in and begin Guarding again retrain my trust. I enjoy Guarding, it's something to do but also helps the server out. I'm quite active, well can be, I used to be extremely active and I'm usually at my PC because I work from home a lot. There's quite a mixed reaction to me, some hate me, some love me, some don't mind what happens. I don't think this should affect the decision as over time I'm sure things will neaten themselves out.

7. Why are you the best choice for guard? I am the best choice for guard because I know what to do in a situation. I will never abuse and I won’t hold grudges. I am a strong pvper and will kill anyone who attacks me or another prisoner. I will never give up in a running chase and will not stop until the offender is killed. I am 13 so I will have school so I may be on a little less those days. But I still think I will be on for a solid 2 hours when I have work. On the weekends it is a different story I will be on about 7 hours to help guard the prison. I also know the guard commands. I will jail players for the right reasons and the right amount of time. My main goal if I get guard is to have fun myself and make the server more fun for others. This is why I think I would be a good fit as a guard.

Wow everyone thinks choc would be suc a bad guard but really he won't ever get alpha again we all know that but I don't see why it's a problem to let hi prove trustworthy by guarding all he has is the jail command. What's the worst he can do jail all the C's.

okay my app is 3 pages back and like 4 wardens have come on and denied apps but mine hasn't gotten denied OR accepted.
You just made a big mistake posting this wardens don't like being asked wether your app guard or ban has been accepted or denied it also increases chances of it being denied. But I think you will be forgiven on this one but don't do it again now that you know.

Is everyone tring to ignore me or do you just hate me. As I said the server glitches and for some reason your not realiseing it. I DON'T use hacks and never will. I have never been banned from a server and my unban ap is long and percise. If you wont un ban me then you are making a mistake but fine, if thats what you want to do then its your own disition...

pasting the word spam all the way through chat. He is in jail, and is jailed for about 6 weeks. I believe that someone told a warden or Alpha, and my
was banned. I do not mean any harm to this server, and wish to enjoy this fun role-playing server with an amazing community; although how can I do that
when I'm banned. I can assure you that my brother will NOT touch this account ever again if you unban me, and can still contain a spam-free server.

This actually happened to me once. My brother did /rankup when I was a guard and I was labeled as a B prisoner while a guard. It was humiliating. I got a warden to change it. Brothers can be pesky sometimes. So I can see how this would happen.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? I do have experiance, I've played on some before (they all sucked) and then I found out about Convicted, which is the best one!!! Also I have been playing on convicted for a long time now.

I was guard on about 6-10, and actually helped build and run one myself before a the head of it was hit by a car and couldn't pay the server fee while in the hospital, and then the map corrupted. Bummer.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I'm not the best choice, that's called being conceded. Anywho, I once, way back in the days of September and October 2011, considered a trustable guard. Then I went inactive for personal reasons, which stemmed for a few months, during which I was demoted from Alpha to regular, boring guard. Back then we had eatable food and no pay and no OP armor, so it was an actually difficult job. Nowadays guards abuse and have OP swords/armor and have healing pots and get PAID (wtf is this), so I'm sure I'd be an ace at this. Of course, the prisons have pots and OP armor too, but that's okay, prisoners run away so they don't lose their precious prot IV chestplate and Sharp III Fire II Kb II sword.
All I do nowadays is PvP people and run away from guards, so I might as well put my killing to good use. I've gotten pretty fine at fighting if I do say so myself, and I could deliver a good beating now that I wouldn't be afraid of losing my valuable swords and items. Not to mention I actually know the rules unlike some people, so I wouldn't abuse. Also, I'm light on jail times, believe it or not. And I won't spend all day mining or running a shop or building a city. Nope, I'd enjoy being a guard. Cause I HATE mining. Srsly.
Anyway, I've stuck with this server for 1.2 years, and I'm pretty sure that shows some trust. If I were able to be angered to the point of griefing or hacking, I'd have done it by now, y'know? And I haven't.
Hope this app is accepted. Convicted is starting to get dull again, and it would be great to be a guard. Oh, and uh, protecting the innocent blah blah.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Ok, heres the story. And before all you people attack my post
please read it. Jaakey was holding a spleef event in the event room, I was running around avoiding
people and after 5 mins of parkour and sprinting I jump and miscalculated so I landed on an empty spot,
while falling I logged out and was put back. And YES to all people who are gonna say "well thats
glitching and you deserve your ban," I know its glitching. Logging out when falling is something I just
instinctively did because I was surprised when it happened. Literally less then 5 seconds after reviving I
jumped off because I knew it was cheating. I did glitch but It was in a way by accident (alot of posts
will be made because of the last 5 words in this sentence) and I immediately quit the game on purpose
to correct my action.
Any additional information: Just a note, NIcool was telling me she was gonna get me banned and Im
pretty sure she was bothering jaak about it which made him ban me. Also, I dont think any one else on
the server would be banned for something like this. (again, people like aldron will say "well you had 3
chances on accounts," this is a new account, I should not be banned for the smallest thing especially
since I corrected it.
