You are a complete and udder idiot. When Viper jokes around, he acts the same way as we were acting when we got banned. He was having fun. Learn to have a sense of humor and loosen up and take a joke. It's honestly not that hard. Hey, while we're on the topic of demoting people who spam, let's demote Noakii, P0T, Dual, and everyone else who has sent more than 3 messages a minute. Oh wait, we don't do that because it would cause a complete downfall of the server. The server is meant to have fun on, not snapping a whip to anyone who has a bit of fun and bends the rules. Seriously, loosen up, and learn to have fun.

Mikey I like you I think your a good alpha but if I were to go on and spam I would be banned do why should the standards be different as for NOAKII and p0t they are wardens and are most trusted so as hypocritical as this sound standards are different for them

But seriously now, do you think for a second that any of us would risk our demotion over something as stupid as a spam joke? You are a complete retard if you think we would honestly do something to compromise our positions. We had our fun, but we didnt realise that Jaak had these personal issues that would compromise his judgemnet. Had we known that he didnt want us to joke with him as we do on a daily basis, we wouldn't have had any problems. In the end however, I apologized to Jaak for my own behavior, I addressed my concern to his family matters, and all is resolved. When you come on here to suck **** Dyce, try to be more subtle about it...

I have never abused my powers as a Guard on this server when I was a guard (Under a day ago), and I was only retiring for a day so I could get to a higher rank. My next step on this server, other then free and elite, is Alpha guard. It's mainly up to YOU; the Alpha's and Wardens of Convicted to accept my application.

commanderAIK here, and I came up with an updated application, here it is:

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Yes I have, they are all understood. I will never abuse my powers and always follow them. Besides, what's the point of applying if I would just break the rules? **Noakki**
5) Any experience with the prison genre? I do not have any additional experience with the prison genre, but I do have a significant amount of experience with the PVP genre. I've been on many PVP servers and have successfully killed players on them. However, while playing on this server, I feel that I am gaining more and more experience with the prison genre as well as the PVP genre as I go on.
6) What is your time zone? EST
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? When I came on this server, I found it very unique. I've never played on such an interesting RPG server. So I started to play on it. I am very experienced with the PVP genre as I have been on tons of PVP/raid allowed servers. I also do not experience much lag, so I would have fast reflexes as a guard. Here are a few scenarios of what I would do:

1. Suppose a prisoner comes into a non-pvp zone, let's say the basketball court in block B, holding a sword. I would tell him to give me his sword as it is a contraband item. If he doesn't listen, I would count down from 5-1 in the chat. If he still didn't listen, I would jail him for 10 minutes, using the command /jail [player] temp 10m.

2. If the same scenario as the first one happens in a pvp zone, I would start to attack the prisoner, after he would first hit me, of course. However, if I lost the battle and died, I wouldn't be able to attack him until the prisoner starts attacking me again.

3. In any pvp-zone, I will defend myself and any other prisoners being attacked by others (by killing the attackers).

I also think I would be the best choice for a guard because I look at myself as a mature person. I never spam the chat with caps, and I always remain calm. Besides, spamming in caps is just plain unreasonable. The only reasons you would want to do that were if you were trying to get noticed, or if you just were trying to annoy the other members on the server.

I also never "troll" other members. I think of it as just being stupid. Trolling just isn't the right way to go. For me, trolling on convicted can include scamming, tricking the guards/members, or just being a smart-alec. I've never scammed a person and do not plan to ever do so. I plan to earn my money on this server fair and square, so I'm not going to go around fake-selling weapons, making the buyer pay first, and then just walk away laughing. For more information about why I am the best choice for a guard, just PM me.

8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard?
