Ok guards now wear Chainmail armor with Prot 1 on all and Fire Resistence on head. Also, kit guard now gives 3 healing potions. Sweetness!
Update: Ok now it's Prot III with Fire Resistence III...kit food is broken atm

Fullguard = Prot 5 Armor Fire 5 on helm 4 health pots.
Alpha = Prot 8 armor Fire 8. 5 health pots.
Nohungerdrop and /kit food have been removed. and guards drop a randomly damaged iron set apon death.
Basically guards are as OP as the ones on Dont Drop The Soap

Fullguards are vulnerable to hunger. Gotta buy our own now. Not sure for alphas though. Probably the same case.
Well before I left I let my neighbor play around on my account while I was in the middle of a mining run in the nether mine and still had a few diamond blocks left from my last trip to the pumpkin mine. With around 20k of stuff including my rather nice pickaxe, he jumped off the highest tower in omega. Now that we've updated to 1.3, I can't access anything in my chest to get back on my feet after that loss... Oh well gotta wait for that plugin to get fixed. -.-

While I was waiting I wanted to make an encyclopedia on the server and the mines and stuff but since my three stacks of books I collected are in my chest, still need to wait for that plugin. By the way, how does one get an ink sac or a feather for that matter in order to make a book + quill?

Ink sac = Kill squid in free map (or buy squid eggs...)
Chicken = Kill chickens in free map, B foodstore or anywhere you choose to throw eggs. (or buy chicken eggs if you are stupid.)

Isn't taken away I will explode from rage. I hope you realize that this will make killing guards almost impossible! (wait... Maybe that's what was planned...) well in my opinion if you are going to give the guards awsome gear. Give them an awsome bow. It sold help them do their job. If some 1 attacks some1 else and the guard can't get there In time, they can wip out their trusty how and save the day!!
Also also I think that I'm going to send Jeb a letter asking for the option to name your enchanted weapons. Have you ever grinder 50 lvls and got exactly what you wanted? Well when that happens ill bet you would have wanted to name that weapon showing its yours and all those reasons weapons are named

I love the new guard kit, it makes a lot of sense to me, the thing that doesnt make sense to me is getting rid of food kit, If guards are supposed to protect newbies, then it's sorta hard to catch people when your hunger goes down and u cant sprint anymore, perhaps we can reduce the kit giving 3 pork to 5 watermelon or something reasonable like that, or just remove insta-eat from guards, that makes it a bit more fair (fair doesnt really matter, we are here to guard the newbies) but I think 5 watermelon or something is reasonable cause if guards dont have insta eat and you get killed it doesnt give the prisoner much of an advantage, like I said at the beginning of this post Guards wont be able to catch people unless they have food, and guards wont carry around a bunch of food that they risk losing to prisoners, that makes it give the prisoners an advantage if they get a hold of all that food, besides guards will start getting poor and have to spend money on food and eventually be weak and die alot cause they dont have food to eat, I know I spend $50 for 1 peice of bread and I only have $5000 so that could happen to me soon, my overall solution: Get rid of Guard insta-eat, give a food kit to guards of 5 watermelons (or less whatever you think is practical) ACT NOW BEFORE GUARDS CANT FEED THEMSELVES!!
