I'm not an admin, but I've been on the server since about January, and I've seen who gets unbanned. I've never seen anyone unbanned for using any clients at all.
ok then I will stay banned just because I used spoutcraft, or better, because there is a bug that shows me always with the toggle run active and because I have the minimap?

I think some player are "protected" by the guard.... the other day someone was using aimbot or something like that in PvP and a guard told him to "turn it off, please" he wasn't even jailed! and i got a ban because an alphe thinks that i may use xrays. thats fuc*ing unfair.

This sounds like a really good idea. It is a place where you can pvp fight with your friends without being hit by little c prisoner nubs that punch everyone.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was just digging straight down in the C mine to make traps for other players to fall down and collect their stuff, and all the sudden i was banned. Just because someone is digging straight down doesn't mean they are using X-ray.

Also I have told a lot of my friends about the server telling them how great it is. It is not fair if you guys wont unban me.

Any additional information:it took me 10 minutes to learn how to uninstall all my mods and then another 20 minutes to figure out how to post screen shots. reading all the advice on how to get unbanned on the forum's say's to spend more time trying to get unbanned and i did exactly that.

yes i think it should be protected. but uhhh isnt the wilderness getting reset? so it will just disappear...

You are missing something vital in your app and it shows you did not read the guards rules or read them well. Please re-read the guard rules.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? i am the best chose for guard because of many reasons. one of the first and foremost is my reasons for joining. i want to join so i can help others. make their time on convicted more enjoyable. that may be saving someone who mined for an hour and was attacked on their way to the store. or someone who is dieing of boredom and needs a sparing partner (sadly :/ the second happens ALOT without even asking me first ) many/most join the guards simply for power. in fact the tutorial says "if you want a position of power the guards are for you" or something of the sort. but i don't want a position of power. i truly want to help in any way i can and make convicted a more enjoyable place.
another really good reason for me to be a guard is my pvp skills. i am very good at pvp, so i can dispatch opponents quickly and stop riots. and because i like to help, i also love escorting C-blockers to the store or the bank. or wherever they feel like going and dont want to be killed. i can take on just about anyone on convicted in a fair fight. and wont abuse my skills to kill people for no reason. Have you ever been fighting someone and they start to run away lika wimp? well im 99% sure this has happened to everyone (well that or you are the one who runs) well its sorta ok when your not a guard. but when guards run away its a disgrace. idc what gear they have. its disgracefull. and as a guard i never run. I stand my ground with honor and go down fighting. when i hit someone on accident i always try to make amends. sometimes i keep golden apples in my inventory to pass out as healing items. I am a reliable responsible person. im very trustworthy mature, and loyal. I don't hack cheat scam or glitch. and i would love to get guard and help anyone in anyway i can.
