You cant have them. We like our mods and are extremely greedy about sharing them. You can take a Trusted...or Member.
But no. You don't ask for Mod on this server. Everyone once and a while we hold a Mod election. Those elections are hosted when we need them, not by player desire (so don't just ask for an election it wont happen). Only Trusted members can be up for an election, and only trusted+ (trusted and ranks above) can vote. If you are a Member, am I'm assuming such, you need to wait until you get your 20 hours of /playtime to even be eligible for Mod.
That nice. What I said still applies. Don't ask for mod you wont get it, it is earned through a mod election, which Ben decides when are held not just you wanting one. So, its still a no.

I believe it is most of the cobble that was placed. bradrocks totally needs a permaban. He broke a lot, and placed a lot. I think there was one other person who griefed, but it wasnt much. Thanks :3

im sure that there is lots of empty space just ask people to move where nobody else is, or look at the live map to see where there is space to build.
P.S. I think the live map might be down. it is not working for me anyway.

I kinda feel like the level that exp potions are being allowed for non donators is unfair. It makes the spa perk almost nonexistent, which is a portion of why I donated.
I understand that banning people under donators who are using these would result in a large portion of the server being banned, but there are plugins that can remove items as soon as they enter a players inventory, and/or prevent specific potion use:
