I was not attempting to fight or argue, I was noticing this player getting denied and wanted to help out. I will wait patently for my app to get accepted or declined. I deeply do apologize for my spam on this thread. I think the person I was correcting, magnum2016, is also sorry and I think I speak for the both of use when I say please don't allow this misunderstanding get in the way of our chances on the server.
Yes no power gaming i saw my friend but it was merely luck not powergaming that the events succeeded. And i never asked you to give me advice if it really mattered to so much to give someone advice even though you have not been accepted then PM me instead, because i am pretty sure no one is going to care what you think about someone's posts.
Also yes and read the rules
*Don't assume lore events such as an important person dieing or New Vegas events.
So see that proves my point that the little 9mm thing does not matter or anything like that.
Either way if you get accepted i am happy for you same as if i get accepted but chances are you screwed over both of our chances which really bums me out because i really wanted to get into this server.
And i also back what he said,
I do understand you were trying to give advice but leave it to the admins and mods, either way i hope we both get accepted and we both are seen on the field of roleplay soon.

Personality: Korra is a very, very shy girl, around people at least. Though she loves animals, all of them, dogs, cats, and even deathclaws. Although she is very shy, Korra is a very sweet girl if you get to know her, she is very sweet hearted and nice to her friends. Korra will most likely put her friends before herself, thinking of how they might be saved, rather than herself. She has no greed what-so-ever, not caring for the amount of material things she receives or owns. At times however, Korra can be very stubborn in her beliefs on what is right, or what she wants done. In-game RP example: (Include dialog) Background: (Be detailed and in-depth. Also explain how you came to be in Salt Lake City.) Korra grew up with her parents in a makeshift camp. Houses, or shacks rather, made of scrap metal. Everyday Korra would just play around in the camp, finding new things to imagine with, or just exploring around a bit. Life was pretty good for the time being until ghoulified raiders found her home while she was away, as they were attacking, Korra was out playing about the waste land with a friend from the small camp for around three hours. As they got hungry they made their way back to the camp to find it ravaged and ransacked, a former image of what it once was.
As soon as they saw the aftermath,Korra broke down and began sobbing for her lost family and friends, she and her friend cried for hours until a man, which Korra recognized as her uncle, who was wearing a faded brown robe with dust covering it told Korra and her friend to get up and stop grieving over the dead. As most would do they did not do anything but keep crying as the man waited for some more time till telling them that its time to move on, but they did not want to, he started to walk on and Korra got up and went following yet her friend stayed behind, wanting to stay with the family that she herself has, but she said her goodbyes to Korra.
A few years after that Korra and the man have been wandering the wasteland, making their way across what was left of the USA until nearing Utah. Over the years of her being with the strange, yet friendly man, Korra learned many tricks to staying alive in the wastes. What times to travel, how to avoid raiders and mutants, and just overall what he thought was common sense, like how to avoid radiated areas.
On the way there, the man had what seemed to be a heart attack, probably caused by all of the injuries he had received in the past, which his body was weakened greatly by. He told Korra to keep going to Utah, and that she would meet nice people there that would help her, but he also said to watch out for anyone suspicious looking, as they may try to harm her, but one last thing he tells her is of the day when he told her to follow, how he watched her family and friends die, and he felt weak because he couldn’t save them. He also feels the same weakness now, not being able to continue. She nods a sorrowful nod and gives her uncle one last hug before continuing her journey.
Korra stumbled through the wasteland for days, using the techniques her uncle taught her to survive. Overnight she finds a cave or a small abandoned shelter to stay in. During the day she treks through the sands and torn up ground, until one day she sees the city, she found it; Salt lake city. After around a few hours, she passes through Salt lake, finding a much smaller town called Jericho. She decides that a smaller town would be better for living in, and she makes it her home for around one week.
During her week in Jericho, Korra stayed hidden from the many citizens, hidden under the bridge, until Revelation, a member of the Brotherhood found her. Once she was found she opened up to him and talked with him quite a bit, finding that she actually liked him. Once he found out she was all by herself, Revelation decided to take her back home. Which she was more than happy to do, considering she liked him enough.
Revelation took her to his home, a tower to the south of Salt Lake City. There she was safe and happy for quite some time, becoming an unofficial member of Revelation’s family. Things from there only got better when Revelation’s old travelling companion, Aidia, met up with Revelation. The reunion was wonderful, and it ended with Revelation proposing to Aidia, who accepted instantly. Korra was, of course, overjoyed by this.
As months passed, Aidia’s belly swelled up with pregnancy, though it was a much faster rate. The whole family was confused by this. Eventually, she gave birth to a son with stark white hair, just like her own, forced to be that way through accidents in novice genetic modification. The child started to grow quite quickly, aging equivalent to a whole year in just two months. Sadly, this couldn’t be looked into, as Revelation died leading a team on a mission to possibly save Utah. This sent Aidia into a state of massive depression, ending with her taking her own life, leaving Korra to take care of Genesis, the child of Aidia and Revelation. It was quite difficult, but after months and months they finally ran out of stored food, the now physically 8 year old Genesis staying at home while Korra went out and scavenged, barely feeding them until the rapid aging of Genesis brought him to the same physical age as Korra. Then the two went out together until now.
Powers up Vault Boy 3000 Hmmm nuke-a-cola was so much better.

**In Character** Name: Andrew Cunnings. Nickname: Sometimes asks people to call him “Ann” instead of Andrew. Age: 17. Gender: Male. Appearance: A young looking young man with dirty black hair, brown eyes and wearing a rugged leather jacket over a grey shirt and blue jeans with grey shoes. He has a small scar going across the left side of his face and one of his two front teeth are chipped and stands at about 5’4”
Personality: Normally a good natured young man, Andrew is typically a bit childish for his age and always seems to have a habit of getting his nose into things he shouldn’t ought to, this and the fact that he is a very poor liar are a poor combination. While it’s not often a big problem sometimes he can have sudden mood swings. While he refuses to admit it, he has much trouble with reading, if he is ever confronted on this he normally reacts negatively.
In-game RP example: (Include dialog) *The group of Fortune seekers led the group as the two brothers hung in the back. Eric approached Andrew and spoke to his younger brother, eyes on the map in his hands*
Eric: We aren’t too much further, bud. Where do you wanna go first?
Andrew: I wanna see the… Uhm… *He put a finger to his chin as he thought about it, what did he want to see? He never really gave that much thought. He blurted out the first thing to come to mind* Neon city!
Frederic (Leader of the Treasure hunters) : I’m much much more interested in those “Grand treasures” you wouldn’t shut up about. This crap had better be worth it, kid. *Fred walked on casually, rifle slung over his shoulder*
Eric: Don’t worry, man. He said there’d be whole loads of treasure. Untouched even after it hit the fan.
Leah (Treasure hunter) :Y’know, did you ever stop to wonder why that might be? *She turned towards Eric, a bothered frown on her face*
Eric: Not really, no.
Andrew: Well… If that one guy was there it can’t be too bad, right?
Frederic: And what about that guy? We’ve been on this trail months and you ain’t said a thing about him, besides the fact he told you ‘bout this place.
Eric: ‘dunno. Only saw him that once.
Andrew: Yeah.
*Frederic shook his head, annoyed. He’s almost been killed over this. It had better be worth it or he was going to kill these two idiots himself*
*Suddenly, a man in strange crimson armor lunged from a gas station as they were about to cross it. He leveled a lever action rifle on Frederic* Down now, profligates!
*Frederic instinctively went for his own rifle, unslinging the long barreled .308 boltgun*
*Another man from inside the building fired at Freds leg through the window of the station, two more crimson men exited, one with a machete and the other with a small revolver*
*Frederic dropped his rifle and swore loudly as he fell to his bleeding knees in pain, Leah drew her handgun and fired towards the first man while shouting what was a bit more than obvious* “Legion ambush!”
*Eric stood in front of his younger sibling and gestured for him to move, with his free hand he drew his own revolver and fired as he shouted at Andrew* “Get outta here, Ann! Run!
*The first Legionare caught the projectile from Leahs attack with his chest, falling on his back and gasping for air. The wound did not look good. His friend from inside fired off again, this time at the woman responsible for causing the wound. The revolver toting man aimed at Eric menacingly*
*Andrew, terrified, didn’t move. The world moved at a snails pace as he stood there helplessly, shuddering at each shot fired, he never liked guns, too noisy. And what a good example of that right now*
*By this point Frederic, more or less, submitted to fate and lied down shouting for Leah to do the same* “Leah! Don’t! You’ll only screw us more than we already are! And I -SWEAR TO GOD- If we get outta this I’M gonna gut you two punks the hell alive! *He spit the harsh words in the general direction of the brothers*
*Leah was having none of that “Giving up” Business. Even after she was shot in the hip she fired on another goon before falling to a seating position* “Grah! Shut up, Fred! Help me!”
*The Legionnaire pointing the Pistol at Eric was hit by the shot and recoiled with a curse* “Get her! Get her now!
*Eric took this moment to try and take his younger siblings hand and run away from the road* “Ann! We gotta move! C’mon!
*Andrew, too surprised to resist, was dragged after his older brother, he finally said something as he looked back at the angry Legionnaires as they fought their friends* “W-we can’t leave them!”
Eric: We can and we are! Right now! *He looked over his shoulder and let go of Ann, using his free hand to dig through his jacket pocket. Producing the map and offering it* Take it and go! I’ll keep them away!
*The gunman inside the station noticed the stragglers and fired a shot at them, he muttered a curse as he began to reload. The machete wielding troop tended to the first one to get hit. The pistol troop looked angrily at the two on the ground* Wait… There was four! Find them!
Andrew: I can’t read this map! You know that! *He took the map and held it as if it were a useless lump of plastic, which it could have been at this point. *
Eric: Just follow the road, okay Ann? Give the map to anybody you see so he can help, alright?
Andrew: Don’t talk like that… You’ll… We’ll… Make it out of this… I’ll Uhm… I’ll meet you at the Neon city! Okay?! *He looked up to his older brother as a bullet pinged nearby ignored*
Eric: Yeah, Ann. Don’t worry… I’ll meet you there, now run! Go! Get outta here! *He raised his handgun towards the enemy and aimed*
*Andrew began to run, he ran until he couldn’t hear the screaming and cursing he ran until he couldn’t hear the gunfire, he ran until he couldn’t hear anything but his heart pounding in his chest. It was only then that he looked ahead of himself for real and realized the sign before him*
“Welcome to Utah” “Life elevated”
*He began to run again*
Background: (Be detailed and in-depth. Also explain how you came to be in Salt Lake City.) Andrew grew up in the Oklahoma wasteland, in a small town in the Panhandle area, called Felt. He was the son of two Ranchers by the name of Gregory and Martha Cunning, he grew up as the middle child with two other siblings, a brother a few years his senior by the name of Eric and a younger sister named Violet. Felt was a small town and often needed help from another nearby settlement, Wheeless, for protection and trading. Oftentimes traders from Wheeless would spend a few days in Felt before getting back onto the road. There was few places to stay in the small town and sometimes Andrews parents would offer these weary travelers lodging in their home for the night. Andrew and his siblings grew up hearing stories from many of these travelers about many strange lands far away. But one stranger spoke of one place, a land called Utah somewhere to the West. A land of Neon cities and towering buildings of a lost era. And filled with many roaming dangers, countless treasures and, as the man claimed, even trees, something the single ghoul resident in town spoke highly of, within its borders. Eric and Andrew wanted to find this place and before the man left, asked him where it was. After a bit of convincing the man reluctantly drew out a map to this place (Not nearly as reluctantly) Leaving. The two buried the map, declaring that when they were older they would dig up the map and travel to this place.
Eleven years later, at the age of 16, him and Eric started their adventure, headed towards Wheeless in search of people willing to help the two make it to Utah, preferably intact and, if able, alive. After a few good days of travel the pair arrived and, after hearing about a group of treasure hunters who were supposed to be in town, decided they knew what they were looking for. After asking around town Eric and Andrew found and and after a short chat it was settled, the team of Treasure hunters would help them get to Utah in exchange for their pick of the loot when they get there. The only trouble was getting there, the easiest way was also riddled with dangers ranging from angry critters to marauding bands of Legionnaires as they trekked nearby and eventually into Colorado. And at the latter point of that trek did the group run into trouble. At some point while they were stalked by Legion troops tipped that a group of travelers was wandering through their country and not very well equipped to deal with a team of Legionnaires. While near the Utah border the group was ambushed and Andrew, who made Eric promise to meet him in Utah, was the only one to get away. Scared, alone and armed with a map he didn’t really know how to read he just kept running. And, after seeing something on the Horizon, finally looking back to see that he had escaped. Or at least for now. Knowing his brother would find him eventually he decided it was best to keep moving.

How did you find us?A Youtube video that I liked a long time ago, but never really looked into it.
What Roleplay experience do you have?I've played on more then 5 RP servers, but they all fell because of funding problems. I've played Fallout 3 and NV and beat them all, and all of their endings. I completely beat NV on hardcore mode and all of its endings on that mode. I am a HUGE RP fan and I am really good at it.
Define Meta-gaming in your words:To us OOC info, IC. Example- You give your assassin the location of a target, but your RP character never obtained this info.
Define Power-gaming in your words: RP'ing with an unfair advantage or not giving another player a chance. Example- "Stabs him in the back killing him instantly"
Define God-Modding in your words:God-Modding might also be known as Twinking or using game cheats to become Invincible. Examples are, going "linkdead", and then saying nothing happened. Going non-com in the middle of a fight. Instantly fading a scene for no reason given. Or taking things OOC when RP does not go how you want. Also, claiming your character is all powerfull, or a god with no weaknesses, is just stupidly dumb.

Name: Chiron Underwood
Nickname: (Optional)
Age: 34
Gender:Male
Appearance:Large with pretty buff arms, he wears a gray shirt with grey pants, and has a nice brown belt with a brown strap around his chest and back to hold any weapons.
Personality:He is pretty charming but has the worst luck in the world. He can't run that fast because he is a large guy but he can handle big guns and large armors. He is amazing at melee weapons but when it comes to smaller weapons like assault rifles, snipers, and pistols, his aim can be a little off. He never liked any of the factions but the Brotherhood, since his father was in it.
In-game RP example: (Include dialog)
Chiron:*Sits near some bushes, trying to start a fire to keep him warm at night when he hears a noise behind him, he slowly grabs his Bowie knife and keeps it in front of him with a strong grip*
Raider 1: *Sniffs* Give me your caps, and that revolver of yours old man, and no one gets hurt!
Raider 2 & 3: *Laugh and cough*
Chiron: *Sighs* You boys should turn around, I pack a pretty good punch, ya'know? *Smiles*
Raider 3: Yea!? So do I! *Swings at Chiron with his nailed bat at his left shoulder*
Chiron: *Dodges the hit and try's to stab the raider in the foot"
Raider 3: *Has his foot nailed to the ground from the Bowie Knife and screams*
Raider 2: Shoots at Chiron with his rifle*
Raider 1: Kill that son of a bi*ch! *Attempts to help Raider 2*
Chiron: *Takes cover behind a rock and attempts to shoot the raider from behind the rock*
Raider 3: *Is hit and falls to the ground slowly dieing* Mama? Is that you? *Dies*

Raider 2: *Gets hit in the arm, then in the head and falls to the ground, dead.*
Raider 1: Nooo! You will pay you f*cking *****! *Fires at Chiron*
Chiron: *Badly wounded from the shot taking by his left arm, he uses his stimpack, which makes him feel a little better* Oh bring it on you punk! *Shoots his last 6 rounds at the raider*
Raider 1: Gets hit in the arm as the other bullets hit the rock next to him, he drops his gun, and begins to go for it*
Chiron: *Runs for his knife and try's to stab Raider 1 in the chest*
Raider 1: *Is stabbed and falls to the ground* I hope you burn in hell! *He says his last words in pain and dies*
Background: (Be detailed and in-depth. Also explain how you came to be in Salt Lake City.)
He lived in a small town named Underwood, its was a small town near Salt Lake, anyways since he was a child. His father, never knew his own last name so he adopted the towns and so did Chiron. Chiron's father died when Chiron was 8 and ever since then he lived in Underwood as a orphan child. Chiron met a weapon's smith not far from Underwood, the weapon's smith showed Chiron how to repair weapons and even craft some with old parts. The Smith was a old man, but looked young from his appearance. One morning when Chiron was 14 he went up the hill and found the Smith dead. 3 bullet wounds in his chest and two dead raider's next to him. Chiron adopted the old Smith shop and began to create weapons for the town. Such word spread of Chiron's work and Factions began asking for weapons, NCR even offered him a job in a old factory, but he refused. Chiron, once he was 29 was starting to see more and more raiders around his town. Some asked Chiron to make weapons for them, but he refused. Chiron hated raiders and swore never to help them. Chiron one morning woke up to the smell of fire, and next to him Underwood was in flames. Raiders were attacking it and Chiron was too busy sleeping. He grabbed his poorly crafted Minigun and took down as many raiders as possible, he was tired. He quickly packed up and valuables he had and and ran away from the destroyed town. He's been a wanderer for 5 years, he later found Salt Lake City and began to make his new home there, forever wanting to kill ever raider he finds.

How did you find us?I was an original member of SOOF, and am so happy to see it has re-opened :D.
What Roleplay experience do you have?I have rp'd on SOOF, Akavir, Rise of Kings, Nations at War and many others.
Define Meta-gaming in your words:Meta-Gaming is using OOC (Out of Character) knowledge that your character should not know, IC'ly (In Character).Examples of Meta-Gaming would be 1.Reading about the location of a place your character has never been to from an OOC source, then heading there IC. 2.Using the names located above a players head to know who they are, are where they are since the names can be seen through blocks.
Define Power-gaming in your words:Power-Gaming is forcing a move/action onto another players character without their permission, such as *Hits Bob* when it should be *attempts to hit Bob*.
Define God-Modding in your words:Exceeding the limits of the human body, being overly op and unable to die.
Appearance:Kyle has short, scruffy brown hair and brown eyes to match. He stands at around 5'5, medium body build and wares an old tattered merchants outfit which was given to him by his parents. He has light pale skin and a large amount of bite marks along his right arm, his attempts to suppress his cannibalistic "condition".
Personality:Kyle can be a rather quiet, timid boy due to his "condition" and prefers to be around his friends and the people he cares about then on his own. He is not easily angered, however, when he is he becomes a loud, outgoing boy who can be rather difficult to settle down afterwards.
In-game RP example: (Include dialog) Scene:Kyle and his family travelling to Jericho to trade with the inhabitants. Kyle is eight years old at the time. Kyle's mother: "Hurry up Kyle you're falling behind again" *She yells from the side of the packed Brahmin* Kyle's Father: "Yes hurry up son, we want to make it to Jericho before sundown remember!" Kyle: *He sighs, his hands in his pocket while he looks up at the sky* "Fine, i'm coming" Kyle: *Jogs over to his parents side* "Why are we even going to Utah anyway?Weren't we doing fine in the Mo-ja-ve?" Kyle's mother: "Mojave Kyle, and yes we were but we've heard rumors of riches in Utah, how could we not go there. Think of it Kyle, a fresh start away from all the trouble the Mojave brought us." Kyle's father: "She's right Kyle, this is a great new chance for us. Don't worry you'' love Utah, i'm sure we all will." Kyle: *He says in a loud, moaning voice*"But i'm tired! Can we please stop for a bit?" Kyle's father: *He grins* "Someone's tired are they? Well, we'l have to do something about that!" *He grabs hold of Kyle from under his arms and lifts him into the air, placing him on his shoulders* Kyle's mother: *She chuckles as she watches the two* Kyle: *smiles as he sits on top of his fathers shoulders*Thanks dad.
Background:Born and raised in the Mojave Wasteland, Kyle spent most of his life on the road due to his parents being roaming traders. Every week, Kyle and his parents would travel from city to city in the Mojave, trading their goods with the inhabitants and never leaving the region. Kyle enjoyed travelling all over the Mojave with his parents, even if it meant he was unable to make friends with any of the children he met. He learned many things about trading from watching his parents over the coming years, he even began selling his own odds and ends he found while travelling with his parents, but only making around ten caps at the most.
When Kyle turned eight, rumour spread around the Mojave of a new land, filled with riches and great trading opportunities. With his parents interest peaked, they began the long argues journey from the Mojave Wasteland, to the ruins of Utah. It took them several weeks, but after avoiding all the bandits/raiders they could, trading with every town/city they came across, they finally made it to Utah and found themselves outside the town of Jericho.
In the coming months, business was booming for Kyle and his parents, there were always more and more travellers coming into Utah looking to trade with the towns, and Kyle's parents were always there to give the travellers what they wanted. Kyle enjoyed travelling around Utah very much, all the sights and sounds of the unknown region just filled him with excitement. There was only one place in Utah however that Kyle didn't like, and that was the ruins of Salt Lake City, the eerie silence of the desolate city unnerved him.
While travelling back to Jericho through the outskirts of the desolate city of Salt Lake, Kyle tripped over a piece of rubble as he tried to catch up to his parents due to falling behind again. Letting out a loud yell as he fell to the floor and hit his head on a sharp piece of rubble, his parents quickly rushed over to his side, worried about their son. His mother quickly picked up her son and found a large bleeding wound on his forehead and his eyes rolled into the back of his head. As she goes to get up and hurry her husband towards Jericho so that Kyle could receive medical help from the town’s doctor, Kyle felt a large hunger come over him, a yearning for human flesh. Blacked out and unable to control his actions, Kyle acts on his hunger, letting out a loud moan moments before savagely biting down on his mother’s neck. His mother let out a loud yell as an immense pain swept over her, the yell short lived as she begins to choke on her own blood. Kyle’s father turned in horror to see his son bent over his wife’s motionless body lying on the floor, biting away at her neck furiously. Quickly rushing over to the two of them, he uses all of his strength to throw Kyle off of her, causing him to hit his head against a wall as he falls back. Regaining control of himself from the knock to the back of the head, Kyle stares in horror and disbelief at the scene before him. His mother lying dead on the floor with chunks of her neck missing, and his father kneeling down beside her, holding her close and tears stream down his face. Tears formed in his eyes as he is unable to remember what happened. Thinking it was his father that killed her, Kyle quickly runs off into Salt Lake City, trying to get as much distance as possible between him and his father.
Kyle ran for over an hour, coming out of the other side of Salt Lake City next to the lake exhausted. His mind hazy over what had happened to his mother, he makes his way over to the lake to drink some of the water, not caring that it’s un-purified water. As he kneels down next to the lake and goes to make a cup with his hands to drink the water, he instantly notices the blood on his hands and began to panic. Knowing he wasn’t injured, his mind instantly went back to the scene of his father holding his mother’s corpse. Fearing his suspicions may be true, he quickly leans over the lake and looks down at his reflection. His eyes tear up at the reflection that confronts him, his face covered in sticky, partially dried blood. Overcome by his emotions, Kyle vomits next to the lake, and is even more terrified with what he sees. Seeing pieces of fleshes and what appeared to be blood, he began to shake uncontrollably and vomit again, tears streaming down his face, unable to control his now panicked breathing. Feeling the “hunger” return slightly from looking at the pieces of flesh, Kyle quickly bit deeply into his right arm in hope that it would stop the hunger, or at least make it go away for a little while. Kyle could taste his own blood in his mouth, and that seemed to help saint the hunger. Turning to the water, he dunks his head under as well as his hands, washing off all the blood. Once finished, He looked around frantically, hoping no one saw him, or that his father was looking for him.
Unable to return to Jericho out of fear of possibly having to confront his father and the fear that word may of spread of him being a murderer, he decided to stay in one of the ruins of Salt Lake City to avoid any contact with anyone else he may attack. He remained in the ruins for several days before he was found by a group of people, a man named (Can’t remember xD) and a young girl names Korra. Feeling sorry for the young boy, they took him back to their home, Linder Tower, and gave him food and a place to stay. Kyle was too hungry to refuse their kindness, he knew he would have died any day then if he didn’t eat. He kept the recent events a secret from the residents of Linder Tower, out of fear they may reject or even kill him for what he did.
(I hope this is enough of a backstory to get accepted. If the ending is to abrupt and needs to be changed then I’m fine with that, I only decided to end it here because it was going into real events that had happened on SOOF over a year ago, and my memory is not that good on the exact details, which should be rather obvious from the “Can’t remember xD” part.)

**In Character** Name: Liana Kayton Nickname: "Books" Age: 22 Gender: Female Appearance: A light-brown skinned female of 5'6" with sky blue eyes. Her hair covers one eye and is a dark brown. Her appearance is rather skinny, enough to be mistaken as a boy and or considered a bit anorexic. She constantly wears the red Brotherhood robes, she isn't one to break from her "calling" as she says it. She usually talks very fast. Personality: Her personality is very quiet and techo-centric. She focuses on work 24/7 unless someone wishes to talk to her or do something with her, where she usually reluctantly agrees. If she has to relax, she would prefer doing it alone, although deep inside she does wish she could talk to people normally without being so awkward as she usually is in social situations. When it comes to moral decisions she does what she thinks is a benefit in the long run, for both her and the Brotherhood, She isn't one to have feelings for strangers. That being said, if you were to meet her then it would be a bit tough getting into her bubble of what is called friendship. Lastly she has a DEEP appreciation for music. Her favorite genre is classical, and she usually has a suitcase or some container full of tapes or disks. In-game RP example: (Rp'ed between myself and Wade) *it's about noon and a company of Paladins and Knights are headed down a dusty road, a few Scribes in the middle of them, the company armed with laser weaponry as a deterrent for any raiders* *Liana is with the rest of the scribes... but as always her head within a book. It's about dinosuars. She sometimes pushes her hair back a little with a yawn* *there would be a yell as something is tossed into the crowd, a Knight going to tackle her and shield her with his body* EEEEP! *She yelps as shes tackled, no really expecting something like that to happen.... Wouldn't people in full armour with energy weapons be enough to say. Don't mess with us?* *she would hear an explosion and feel a jostle from the Knight before he gets up and grabs his laser, starting to fire at the huge amount of raiders suddenly rushing at the ground* *She blinks at the large amount, looking around as she fumbles at her pistol to get loose. First order of business is to find cover* *there is a nearby shell of a car which a few soldiers are behind, a few bullets whizzing past her head and landing in the asphalt* *It's the closest thing to cover she can get, she makes the dash for it as she keeps fumbling to take the pistol out, which is a bit diffucult for her since shes running now* *raiders would fall to laser blasts as she runs, the fire focused on the Knights and Paladins, not her* *She sits against the car and sighs, taking aim insted of blindly firing, talking aloud to the soilders next to her* And we didn't see this coming how?! *the senior Paladin answers over the gunfire* We did, just not this many! Be thankful no one's died yet! *She fires off a shot when she has one in her sights* And what do we plan to do about this? How many are there? *the raider drops to the ground, dropping his grenade, which blows up his nearby companions, the Senior Paladin responding* Just keep shooting until they're gone, drugs don't make them invincible. *She nods and goes back to aiming, looking for the next target she can fire at* *there would still be tens of raiders in the open* *She lets off another shot towards a grouping, hoping atleast it'll hit one of them if it misses the other* *another is dropped, but now they start to focus squishier targets, namely, her* *She ducks down under the cover more noting a increase of bullets coming her way.* EEEP! *She tightens up a bit, biting her lip* *the cries of the raiders would start to quiet now, as most of them are being killed off* *She s ilently looks over the edge, aiming again, but more focused to see if anyones hurt considering the raiders are disppersing. If she was t ofire right now her aim would be a bit bad...* *she would just see the raiders retreating mostly, many corpses on the ground, the bodies of raiders littering the road, though there's a Knight and two Scribes also dead, killed by the shrapnel of the first grenade* *She bites her lip and looks around to make sure there are no mroe raiders before going to rush over to the bodies.... to make sure they are dead* *one scribe still seems alive, though he lacks a leg...not even medicine would save him at this time* *She sighs and shakes her head. No medical equipment around could disinfect the leg then get a bandag around it... she doesnt have any tools... She goes to sit beside him although and try to hold his hand* *she does, the poor man gasping for air as he looks up at her, trying to cling onto life* .... *She has sad eyes.... tearing eyes. But her expression is deadpan. She usually expresses her emotions through her eyes. She sighs and tries to say something to make things..... less frightening for him* Do you like stories? *he barely chokes out* I...I do... Well... My mother told me stories when I was sad.... She knew I liked them... Wanna hear one? *he nods slowly, growing pale from blood loss* Well before I came out on this field expierance she told me some things... and... I think it be important for you to hear them right now.... She said that if you see something that is... bad or... looks wrong... You should take a deep breath and say. I'm not scared anymore. That... you should think about the people that love you... how they care about you and everything.... And if that bad thing comes towards you you'll be ready... That you won't be scared anymore.... *he nods slowly, shutting his eyes and weakly saying* I'm not scared any more... *after he says that, his gasping breaths start to calm and his body goes limp, soul drifting out of his body* *She just holds onto the hand, looking towards the living squad, still deadpan but shedding tears. She expected this atleast.... Now that this happened.... She isn't very scared anymore* Background: Liana was born and raised in Lost Hills. She didn't have much trouble with people until the age of 6, where she just stopped having interest in play. To her in her mind it was a waste, after she began to appreciate the technology around her more. She grew up mostly on the idea that was made in her mind, Work only, not play. It separated her a lot more from her use to be friends. Later in life she was doing all nighter's and studying often, that lead her to getting the nickname Books for always having her head in one. She mainly studied on medical science, seeing as it is a lot more useful then others, even more to that her mother did the same. The idea of being a helper was the main focus to her, she'd rather be bandaging up people then doing the unsavory work of shooting one... and with her skill of penning up feelings she could deal with blood. She did have a small group of friends... and they didn't communicate much as all where very focused on work. That's why they became friends in the first place. When she either heard someone older died... she didn't very much care. It was the nature of life to her and her mother told to her to not be afraid of things... Which she thought meant bottle up her feelings mot of the time. With barely going away from her room, studies, and work, she developed no taste for fashion. She didn't care that her hair looked a bit nasty at times or that people often thought she was a rather skinny boy. When she was selected for field experience, to learn about new technology and how to use it, with the group of soldiers going to Utah she was more or less happy.... Get to learn more? Yay! Get to get sand in her boots? Boo.
They travel was more or less fun.... In her opinion it was the time of her life. It was different being outside. Unique. Whenever they rested she recorded some of her thoughts and observations inside her notebook. She bet her mother would love her tales when she gets back... At-least she hopes the tales she get will be fun. Soon, the group got to their destination. A bunker inside a hill. When they went in she quickly hurried in-front to get a look at the place... it gave her a nostalgic feel. First person she met there although was The Lord General Reynold Davin, him talking to them about how they won't stay long, that the mission is almost done. What mission? She asked that very question, being answered some family called the Nai have a way to genetically modify people. Well her medical science might pay off there... and yes it did. As he was showing them around he asked which one had medical experience. She was the only one. He explained about how she will need to work with who is coming with the information and how shes the most qualified... meanwhile she was barely listening. All she could think about how this escalated so quickly, how she suddenly became a leader of research. She slowly gets back to her mindset and hears his words.
"You seem like the most qualified here."
She gives a sigh through her head and nods, biting her lip saying back "I'll try my best Lord General."
It's frightening to her... it isn't that she can't do her best. She can. She's more worried if her best can make the cut.... Power up pipboy 3000

He never liked any of the factions but the Brotherhood, since his father was in it.

*Powers up vault boy 3000*
Do you mind leaving that to the whitelisters? We appreciate the help but you are confusing and cluttering our forum with reviews of other apps you have no authority of correcting or pointing out. We understand apps can be. . . hard to not rip apart, but keep this forum clean please.
Okay there i fixed everything you asked, also i am very sorry about the mistakes like the "Zane and Joshua" thing i am just way to freaking excited to be in the RP i cannot even keep my mind straight. I am very sorry and that is no excuse but i really really hope this application will fill out because i feel slightly guilty that you are having to keep on repeatedly read my apps just to say they are denied instead of me just making a very good a thorough application. So i am very sorry for that.

How did you find us? I typed in Fallout and boom I found you guys, I have been looking for a good Fallout server for awhile.
What Roleplay experience do you have?
http://forum.suprema...leplay-Sign-Ups Please go to the link I listed and it will show you how serious of a roleplayer I am (I wrote about 90% of it), other than that I have roleplayed in the server Fallz.
Define Meta-gaming in your words:
Using knowledge that I have obtained outside of the game but not yet in game. (Pretty much going OOC (Out of Character)
Define Power-gaming in your words:
Forcing players and controlling players so they will do as you ask. (Usually players who have been playing for longs amounts of time.) Also i believe that doing unrealistic things that could hurt the roleplay
Define God-Modding in your words:
pretty much godmodding is when you give your character special abilities so he cannot die or fail. This could be saying something like “I have TB-51B Power Armor” when in reality all he has is a leather jacket. It really hurts roleplays and makes them not very fun.
Yes I had signed up quite awhile ago under another email address but I just resigned up with my new main email.

He wears tattered clothes that are ripped with bullets and knife slashes and he always carries around his trusty .45 Caliber Handgun it is a M1911, it is his pride and beauty he polishes it every day and even though ammo is very rare to come by and even harder to purchase he always have two clips on him at all times. Along the side of the barrel it states “Forgive and Forget” (As well as a bible that he reads everyday after a long firefight. His face is awfully burned due to reasons he does not wish to speak about. Many believe this is why he covers up his face with bandages.
Also he has a large scar across his left temple that stretches all the way down to his chin. The reason the scar occurred was because 3 muggers jumped him on a scavenging missions and one of them sliced him with a knife.
Personality: A kind and caring man who is willing to protect others, he is very religious and always carries around his personal bible. He is hostile to all kinds of raiders or anyone who poses a threat to others. Even though he is highly religious he drinks alcohol daily to help him with the pain of his burns. Despite his short height he is a brute and has been known to take on gangs of more than five raiders at the same time coming back with only scrapes on himself.
He also has a depression problem, which is one of the main reasons he drinks constantly; he believes that he could have saved Yuri and the slavers if they would have just given him the chance. (Since you asked in my last application he is a heavy drinker and yes he does read the book of Mormon and follow it. However he is cursed by his background and just cannot simply let go of drinker far he is not strong enough to stop the one thing that is keeping him from remembering his past. And he does follow the Book Of Mormon you can compare him to Porter Rockwell who was Joseph Smiths Body Guard (Original Prophet of the LDS Church) and he killed many people but only to protect the righteous and kill the wrong. He does his best to follow the book but again he is cursed by his background and does not follow it to its full extent. He even on some scavenging missions visits the Salt Lake City Temple one of the last major buildings that has been untouched and he prayers inside of it to get the strength to stop drinking. However he believes that killing raiders is not wrong for they are simply the devils minions.

*Zane Griffin pulls out a bible (Book Of Mormon) and opens it to a page with a bookmark*
Zane Griffin: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandment unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them. *Coughs* 2nd Nephi 3:7

Zane Griffin: You know I will *he smirks*
*Zane Griffin walks out of the shop and heads towards his one room apartment*
*He opens the door and drops his bag on the floor and hangs his Jacket on the Rack, he grabs his new M4A1 and begins dissembling is for a precise cleaning. For he knows that Slash never cleans his weapons. After he cleans the assault rifle he props it against his side of the bed and pulls out his Book Of Mormon and begins reading. After several chapters of reading he closed the book and gets on his knees and begins praying. However in the middle of the prayer he just cant stop thinking about the lifeless bodies on the stakes infront of the Capitol Building or the raider who had lost his arms and lastly the man he shot in head. He begins shaking his head violently telling himself it was the right thing to do and that he is doing gods work. He finishes the prayer and runs for the refrigerator and pulls out a bottle of whiskey and begins violently chugging it. After which he looks at himself in the mirror tears rolling down his face he then calms down and says......
What am I?
Background: Born in Ogden, Utah his mom and dad were both complete junkies, Zane rarely saw his parents without jet or psycho going threw there veins. His parents made him loot the nearby area for any of value during his teenage years to allow the parents to buy more drugs. Even though Zane knew it was wrong he had no choice but to find supplies due to the fear of his father. One day he was looting a pre-war church and uncovered a book it was called the “Bible” a scavenger had taught him to read years before after Zane gave the scavenger two bottles of whiskey. Zane began to read the book whenever his parents were out of the house and quickly began realizing how awful his parents were. After two months his parents found the book under the bed and started screaming, “The book was fake” or “Don’t listen to its lies and go back out and get us scavenging materials!” Due to rage they burned the book and sold Zane to the nearby slave trader named Yuri. Yuri found sympathy for the boy and adopted him as one of his own. He taught Zane how to protect himself and how to survive in the world. However Yuri never taught Zane how to be a slave driver telling him
”You have success in you boy! Don’t waste it by bringing others to misery”
By the age of 19 Zane had the perfect life he had found a job doing security for the slave trade and he was slowly saving his bottle caps to open up a small store. However one day a gang known as the “White Tails” a small breakoff gang of the White Legs went through and killed all of the slaves and the slavers. Yuri saved Zane by hiding him in the cellar shortly after Yuri was shot to death. The White Tails had taken all of Zane’s belongings and all of his caps so Zane began working as a scavenger. This was when the depression his him, he became a major alcoholic and wasted any money he found on alcohol. However one day he encountered a dead body and on the dead body was a bible. The man had a sign on him that said “Don’t Believes Its Lies”
Zane took the book and began reading it once again, even though he never stopped drinking alcohol he did tone it down greatly and he is now very happy with himself. Working as a town’s scavenger constantly looting anything of value. However many believe he is preparing to become more than just a scavenger, saving his hard earned money to do things. However one thing keeps him from becoming successful and that is his past... Every night he has to drink himself to sleep thinking about all of the people he has slayed. Every night he thinks about the people that have begged for mercy and he pulled the trigger and lastly he thinks about the last thing Yuri told him he simply said "I will be back soon you I promise" he never came back Zane stayed in that Cellar for three days and nights waiting for him to come back he never did then he walked outside and saw the only man that cared about him dead on the floor.
His past haunts him and always will unless he can overcome the acts that he has committed.
Okay Magnum, buddy, since you seem to beg CONSTANTLY for your app to be checked, I am going to keep this straight.
The team of whitelisters are people who live and work like you, we do not have all of the time and day to check apps and we must focus on important things, so since you decide to spam our forum and BLOCK UP my email with constant moans and groans, I will review your app.
I am going to keep this simple, this is far cliche and far unoriginal. You seem to be ripping off the Graham himself in personality, appearance, and possibly story.
First thing is first, we prefer original apps, you may have a good length, I give kudos for that, but that doesn't mean anything when all of the stuff you have written is either taken from a character or just plain copied and pasted. It is not your own idea and there for I show much disapproval for that. We want original things, original characters. Your character is fine if he has some burns and my be religious, but your app shows to much for Joshua, you even confused him for Graham!
Let me point out the things I found.
*All of this was revised with another whitelister in a chat, one of the staff members thinks you copied and pasted the ENTIRE wiki page of him*
- .45 Handgun
- Burns on his face and body
- Religious
- Thinks his killings are justified
- Book of Mormon
- Haunted by his past
and possibly more if there is anything I missed. . ..
I will also say that begging will take some points off, we do not appreciate people who constantly spam for their app to be checked, as I stated. I am going to request a new app is made.
We do enjoy adaptations IF they are given a sense of spice, a good description and reason, and are NOT OF THE SAME UNIVERSE!
We advise an entirely new character be planned! If you have a problem with that then please consult another staff member, but this is unacceptable. If you post the same app. . . I will have to PERMA-DENY you.
Please make an new app, until you do. . . you are. . .
Sigh...... i really don't see the point of making yet another application since this is the freaking 2nd one i have had to create from complete scratch..... but is it okay if for the next app i keep the name Zane Griffin or does it have to be completely from scratch.
And i am so freaking sorry that i have bugged you guys i am just excited to be in a Fallout Roleplay because i have been looking for a good one for roughly a year.
Also if you have not noticed since you guys probably did not take the time to read each one each one has been modified to fit exactly what you guys requested yet every single time you say that i am missing yet another thing you forgot to mention in the last application i sent.

Name:Korra
Nickname: (Optional)N/A
Age:13
Gender:Female
Appearance:Korra has long deep dark brown hair reaching down to her shoulder blades and solid emerald green eyes, her face is softly defined around the edges, her cheekbones are rounded softly and mesh well into her skin, her chin barely sticks out, also rounded nicely.
In-game RP example: (Include dialog)
Background: (Be detailed and in-depth. Also explain how you came to be in Salt Lake City.)
Korra grew up with her parents in a makeshift camp.

Yes, you are. I asked Wade.
How? I logged into my account and could +1 posts and access all my notifications and messages... And if I was banned, why?
You weren't banned from the website, actually(so you're able to post an appeal). The servers within is a different story.
Just post an appeal, you'd probably be okay.

Either on the main subforum, or on the SooF one.

Name: Andrew Cunnings.
In-game RP example: (Include dialog)
*The group of Fortune seekers led the group as the two brothers hung in the back.
It was only then that he looked ahead of himself for real and realized the sign before him*
“Welcome to Utah”
“Life elevated”
*He began to run again*
Background: (Be detailed and in-depth. Also explain how you came to be in Salt Lake City.)
Andrew grew up in the Oklahoma wasteland, in a small town in the Panhandle area, called Felt.
His story starts here.

Kyle's mother: *She chuckles as she watches the two*
Kyle: *smiles as he sits on top of his fathers shoulders*Thanks dad.

Name: Liana Kayton
Nickname: "Books"
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Appearance: A light-brown skinned female of 5'6" with sky blue eyes.
In-game RP example: (Rp'ed between myself and Wade)
*it's about noon and a company of Paladins and Knights are headed down a dusty road, a few Scribes in the middle of them, the company armed with laser weaponry as a deterrent for any raiders*
*Liana is with the rest of the scribes... but as always her head within a book. It's about dinosuars. She sometimes pushes her hair back a little with a yawn*
*there would be a yell as something is tossed into the crowd, a Knight going to tackle her and shield her with his body*
EEEEP! *She yelps as shes tackled, no really expecting something like that to happen.... Wouldn't people in full armour with energy weapons be enough to say. Don't mess with us?*
*she would hear an explosion and feel a jostle from the Knight before he gets up and grabs his laser, starting to fire at the huge amount of raiders suddenly rushing at the ground*
*She blinks at the large amount, looking around as she fumbles at her pistol to get loose. First order of business is to find cover*
*there is a nearby shell of a car which a few soldiers are behind, a few bullets whizzing past her head and landing in the asphalt*
*It's the closest thing to cover she can get, she makes the dash for it as she keeps fumbling to take the pistol out, which is a bit diffucult for her since shes running now*
*raiders would fall to laser blasts as she runs, the fire focused on the Knights and Paladins, not her*
*She sits against the car and sighs, taking aim insted of blindly firing, talking aloud to the soilders next to her* And we didn't see this coming how?!
*She nods and goes back to aiming, looking for the next target she can fire at*
*there would still be tens of raiders in the open*
*She lets off another shot towards a grouping, hoping atleast it'll hit one of them if it misses the other*
*another is dropped, but now they start to focus squishier targets, namely, her*
*She ducks down under the cover more noting a increase of bullets coming her way.* EEEP! *She tightens up a bit, biting her lip*
*the cries of the raiders would start to quiet now, as most of them are being killed off*
*She s ilently looks over the edge, aiming again, but more focused to see if anyones hurt considering the raiders are disppersing. If she was t ofire right now her aim would be a bit bad...*
*she would just see the raiders retreating mostly, many corpses on the ground, the bodies of raiders littering the road, though there's a Knight and two Scribes also dead, killed by the shrapnel of the first grenade*
*She bites her lip and looks around to make sure there are no mroe raiders before going to rush over to the bodies.... to make sure they are dead*
*one scribe still seems alive, though he lacks a leg...not even medicine would save him at this time*
*She sighs and shakes her head. No medical equipment around could disinfect the leg then get a bandag around it... she doesnt have any tools... She goes to sit beside him although and try to hold his hand*
*she does, the poor man gasping for air as he looks up at her, trying to cling onto life*
*he nods slowly, growing pale from blood loss*
Well before I came out on this field expierance she told me some things...
*after he says that, his gasping breaths start to calm and his body goes limp, soul drifting out of his body*
*She just holds onto the hand, looking towards the living squad, still deadpan but shedding tears. She expected this atleast.... Now that this happened....
She isn't very scared anymore*
Background: Liana was born and raised in Lost Hills.

Accepted.
Do you mind leaving that to the whitelisters? We appreciate the help but you are confusing and cluttering our forum with reviews of other apps you have no authority of correcting or pointing out. We understand apps can be. . . hard to not rip apart, but keep this forum clean please.
I'm your worst daymare.
Please make an new app, until you do. . . you are. . .
I'm your worst daymare.
