Very, very bad host.
I had zero lags I'll be honest, but read on.
I bought a personal server for my cousin, all good no problem. Got a decent offer, and went for it.
Then I bought another server, the CEO gave me 2$ off, so again I went for it.
The project died, and 3 days have passed. Their ToS clearly says 30 days for full refund, nothing special applies to minecraft servers.

I thought okay good, 30 days refund why not so I jumped in and asked for a refund. I got tons of , probably lies after lies.
First of all, "Minecraft servers are only refundable after 24 hours."
Then "We cannot refund special offers, look at their ToS and I quote:
I offered to send them 2$ and they will refund me the 10$ I paid for the server. Nope, refused.
I will be filing a PayPal dispute in the next few minutes, this is pure .

We will not change our terms as there is noting to change, we receive many happy customers each day. You already have a service with us so you know how it is, you even claimed that you received no lag. However you still went ahead and purchased a server knowing that you will request a refund. Refunds are available for clients who have no experience of how a service provided by Cloudboo will be like. Maybe they make a accidental purchase not knowing where the server is based, then we may full refund. I hope this makes i clearer for you.

As I said on Skype, your worker doesn't know English well and got confused.
I bought the server under the impression that I can refund within 30 days if anything goes wrong, like project dies or the alike.
I had no intention to use it and then refund once I'm done with it, not at all.
None of this is written in the ToS, not that you only offer 24 hours refund for Minecraft or that I won't be able to refund for the reason above. ( or that refund is limited to only inexperienced people )
CloudBoo is the EPIC! Their prices are cheap, and their servers are always up, with full staff support! Great server host for any group of players that want a cheap, and reliable host!

This company is amazing. Support always helps out when its needed and I don't get any lag. I got my server about 1 week ago and had no complaints with it.

Great prices, I will admit. However, when it comes to customer service, the chat is no help what-so-ever. I have been waiting for a good 15 minutes for a reply. And no one is there to help.
