Five, hope he makes you an admin
1. What is the age requirement? (Is it 12 or 13 and older?)
2. What is retired staff and how do they get retired?
3. Are you always accepting new Moderators?
4. Do infractions matter and had them in the past?
1) None, but the youngest so far (I believe) has been 12.
2) Staff who have left the position of moderating, either temporarily for a few months or forever - basically, past staff.
3) Yes
4) They shouldn't matter, unless you have multiple repeat violations or something. People have been permabanned before they got unbanned and later accepted as moderators, so you never know.

1) There is none. If you prove to act mature then we don't care how old you are.
2) Retired staff are people who used to be staff but quit on their own terms either due to being busy or simply not having the desire to moderate anymore.
3) Yes we are.
4) I think it was jefe (not 100% sure) that said something to the effect of: Infractions can matter depending on how recently you got them. If say you got one less than a month or so ago it shows that you probably aren't ready for the job.

The details of the infraction are more important. Did you just recently flame someone because they annoyed you? Yeah, that might be a problem. Are you repeating the same offenses every month? Again, that'd be a problem. Did you make a one word post earlier in the month, go off topic a little bit or something similar? The context will be important, but these are much less severe than the other two and may be disregarded in terms of whether to make you a mod or not.
It's understandable if someone has a minor infraction or an informal, but if you've got 9 active infractions because you can't help but insult people, then your infractions would be considered when looking at your application.
Also, this will vary admin to admin, so Jefe may have different standards than I did, or from what Rogue may have.

Recently? Well, I don't get them that much now a days. Because when I post something it happens unexpectedly without me realizing what I post. I think it says in the MCF rules "Always think before you post". Which happened to me like 3 times now and I know better not to do those on the forums at all.

So the infractions do matter?
Infractions matter when they show an obvious pattern/ineptitude of rules and/or bad behavioral characteristics.
Does it really matter? It'll get done when it's done, rushing an important process such as this leads to flaws in the system. That being said, a month or two. But again, it shouldn't have to matter.
As has been stated many times in this thread, it depends on the size of the current batch. They can take up to a month or two sometimes.
Adding on to what you said having it stated many times.. If any of you that have applied, looking into applying and so on have any questions, most likely somehow has wondered the same thing.. So type your question or key words of what you want to know in the search bar and you can try to get your answer that way. Of course if you can't find anything on your question feel free to ask.

Typo. Fixed it because the first time I read it through I actually had to read it again to understand what you meant. xD That being said, I don't see any more questions one can ask anymore. To those reading this, it's much faster to search then it is to ask, and everything that you could possibly question has been answered. Do what this man says, he's Ratchet after all.
Hello. I did apply for moderator recently, and I was curious to check my application on Apparatus. My application is number 5661 so I typed in this link:
and when I did I came to the page I expected to, so I entered in my Curse Information. However, every time I did it, I was given a response opting that my Curse Information was invalid, even though I triple-checked my email and password. So I am just wanting to be sure even though I am 99.9% positive I am right. My question is, to look at your application in Apparatus, you have to be in the Current Batch right? Sorry for such a huge post, and thanks to those who help
It's not my fault
You are free to re-apply again.
