I was just thinking, and I started to wonder what the bigger thread on all of Minecraft Forums is in terms of replies and views. Does anyone know? Thanks
The Optifine page is pretty big; 37994 replies (1900 pages).
Though, the active main forum games are massive. For example, the Google Picture war thread is 31510 replies long, and the "Go through the alphabet before someone posts a my little pony picture" is 41914 replies long.
Considering there was a new one every month (At least that's what I remember), that is not the largest thread. Big, but not the largest. If I'd say largest, I'd go for the original "Ban The User Above You" or pretty soon the second one.
I think the first MLP thread might be larger, it was over 4.5k pages which means nearly 100k replies. There's also the killion thread which is extremely large.
Edit: Killion is 5215 pages (with hidden posts included), which means it has broken 100k replies. I mistook the old mlp thread, it only hit around 1.6k pages.

This is the one you intended. The very first thread with its 4436 pages, but given what all went on there. I really don't want to know how many hidden posts exist in it.
I am sorta surprised that Killion thread has not been locked and forced to be made anew. Similar to Chat thread and the MLP threads, the forums database got sluggish with them due to their sizes. Eh shrug, I have no idea anymore.

Yes, I don't particularly frequent MLP things, so I wasn't 100% on that. I believe the database issue with large threads is mostly resolved anyhow (still slow, but doesn't cause crashes).
Thread had to be closed as a result of the many pages.
it's closed
I like to play games, I like to laugh maniacally when playing games.
Oh the good ol' days...
Yeah, I've seen it. It's a pretty giant one. RIP chat thread
