I think it's a continuous thing where they will pick and choose new moderators for sections applied for if and when they need new moderators in that particular section.
Well, the amount of pages in applications isn't going up, maybe you're right.
But there is a limit on the amount of applications that are acceptable, I bet.
We've done applications for over a year and a half. Applications are a way of letting us know who is actually interested in becoming a moderator and saves us a lot of time
Normally saving time is not the best option but if it works then use it.
I would apply but i will just say that i really don't come to the site very often other then to research stuff and get info.
That and i have a cracked version of the pc minecraft cause even today i cant afford the un-cracked version, and it would not be fair to the others if i threw my app in and got the job when others who have the good version don't get it.

It doesn't matter if it's cracked or not. If you are willing to do something for the Minecraft community, then you should go ahead and do it. If people don't like it, so be it, but that shouldn't stop you.
Do applicants need to be fairly familiar with the IPB forum software for their application to be accepted?
Nope, but it is a plus. We actually use some in-house hooks/apps so there will be training regardless of your skill level. Personally I had 0 experience with IPB when I applied
It already ended, I believe.
Not very many, I don't think.
it says at least 1 hour a day is good enough (or 5 hours a week)

I'm just very busy at the moment with let's plays, and building adventure maps. Not to mention school starts back up fairly soon.
Sorry :/
www.Facebook.com/Slendermander That's my page. Go like it , please! ^.^
If you are accepted or denied, you will get a PM.
I think they are analyzing all of them, and *then* are deciding off of that,

There is no definitive time frame
Thanks for the information.
