It has an on board LAN slot, get a Wireless card in it's place rather than an adapter.
You need a PSU, never use PSUs that come with cases.
Still rusty on current consumer hardware so I am not going to comment on that.
Powersupplies that come with a case is quite good for a budget build. He can change it when he has spare money, but maybe not now.
Op, do you know how small 60mm and 35 mm fans are? Most of the time, people just go for 120mm fans to fit them on the big intakes and exhaust. I can see that you have no justficications for your 16gb ram. I would suggest to just go for the normal 1600mhz 8gb ram.
If you want a decent graphics card at a relatively low price, the 650ti boost is the way to go. Under $200. The nvidia 610 is a piece of crap no better than integrated intel hd grapihcs. Get an AMD FX 6300. Save your self some money. The 8350 only performs better when all 8 cores are used and i can tell you, my quad core rarely even gets used up. Go for Western digital blue 1tb hard drive. They have better reputation than hitachi.
$700 is hardly a budget build. Op can easily get a good PSU that won't fry components.
650ti boost is an awful card price/performance last time i checked.
OP, what are you using this build for?

Proud member of the MCF AWA war of '13! if someone suggests Alienware or Cyberpower, wait for a custom-built list from someone who knows their stuff. Meh Rig

The 650 ti Boost is pretty much nowhere to be found and the 7850's left are being sold are closer to $200 or so, definitely not worth it. Even worse, the 270 and 270X are both going for $250+. The pricing is pretty badly screwed up in the US, so the best option would probably be the GTX 660.

I beg to differ, at least for gaming or higher performance builds, as a tech I have seen those things charred to hell.

Well then, check again. And also, name me a better one.
7850 comes to mind.

I think that's rather easy to do.
For OP budget, a AMD 7850 or 7770 (If they still do it?)
Find the deals at the moment I guess for a 7850
It's better than the 7850 now

smh tbh fam
Uh, no, and certainly not the 265.
Gaming, runs Minecraft, and stuff like SpaceEngine, and maybe lighter MMOs or Battlefield
ignore warning, it'll run fine.
