Many of you are going to say there is no such thing, but i am looking for a laptop that will run minecraft at medium render distance in fancy graphics for under $200. please note that i 'will' be using optifine even if i dont need it (i like the zoom). I do record for youtube but should not be much of a problem cause I use fraps. The screen size does not matter, i'll just hook it up to a bigger screen. Thank you very much.

You will not find any laptop that can play games for under $400-500. Raise your budget and come back when you have the money.
And if you're recording, that'll be around $600-700 and you need a secondary HDD to record to so your only option in that case is a desktop since laptops generally don't have more than one HDD bay and external HDDs won't work for recording to.
You would probably be stretching your budget just to buy a DESKTOP that can run Minecraft on medium render distance with fancy graphics for under $200.
Then you go and throw recording into the mix, so for under $200 you are not going to find a laptop that will satisfy your needs.
Either shell out a lot more money for a decent laptop or buy a desktop and only shell out a little but more money, 'cause $200 isn't enough for a decent gaming/recording computer

ragnarock200: awesome, are those things with the creeper faces pistons or furnaces

First off, PC stands for personal computer which a laptop is technically a personal computer.
OT: Then start saving up money, because a laptop that can do what you want is going to cost a lot more than $200.
You don't even the option of ordering the parts separate and building a computer (which by the way, can get you a high end computer for half the price of buying one already assembled from stores, especially if that store is Apple, just sayin')

He or she probably wants it to be portable.
You know, the reason you buy a laptop in the first place.

True, but with a laptop many don't have a 7200rpm drive. You pretty much need one for recording.
