K, asking for more help now. Thanks for all the helpful comments.
I've decided to see what I can do with building my own, and been looking up a bunch of guides, but I'm still extremely confused and don't get too much of what I'm doing. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/5ojQ is what I got so far, any help will be welcome. I'm going to spend all of tomorrow trying to learn all I can and remove this confusion, but hopefully some people can help me out while I'm asleep.
Thanks!
Also, that's around 100$ above budget, which is also another thing that I'm worried about, unless I want to save up another month.

Changed the GTX570 to a GTX560 Ti 448 Core Version. Cheaper, and better performance.
Changed the RAM to cheaper G.Skill 1333MHz RAM.
And changed the Optical Drive to a cheaper DVD drive.
All up, lowest possible price is $1084.70. Saved you roughly $60.
Did people like miss my build or something? A 7970 seems quite a bit better than a 448 core. At the very least he's paying double what he should for the motherboard and the hard drive.
Okay now that I went back and actually read my build and the fact I said 7970 instead of 6970 because it was.. a bit past midnight.
Also I had a CPU cooler on an i3~

Well, I'm not sure about assembling this. Considering I'm only going to have once shot at this, I'm not sure if I want to risk it.
Any ideas? Since I don't got any at all. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/5s10
is an slightly updated build, by the way.

Correct, I won't want to end up frying anything. I'm worried it'd be too risky, since I can't just try again.
Well, options are a little limited, I offer the service but it obviously isn't free.
I won't say the risk isn't there but if your careful you shouldn't have many problems, just make sure to watch some videos and ground yourself from time to time, or use an anti-static wrist strap.
Honestly you should be more worried about parts being DOA or dieing during a stress test than putting it together wrong.

If you have an area of your house that doesn't have carpet, I would suggest building it there and making sure all your tools are near you. That way you won't really have to worry about static so much. The easiest way to avoid shocking the components is by touching part of the case that is unpainted every once in a while. That will discharge any static from your body without damaging any components.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.

Or just touch the power supply. Working on thin carpet works if you don't have an area in your house without a carpet. Also, wearing denim and clothing that isn't really wooly etc also helps
mmk, this is probaly a stupid question, but how good is http://www.tigerdire...3895&CatId=4928
?
Compare it to my last posted build, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/5s10
And no, do not compare the price. I'm aware. But, trying to fight my parents over this right now.
On another subject, all my sound drivers failed recently. All of them. They was all uninstalled.
So, getting close to the end of this computer.
(Last few months been getting lots of crashes each day, and some graphical artifacts)

yours absolutely destroys it, they added so much usless crap and a horrible graphics card, not to mention it's most likely a Foxconn motherboard, highly doubt it's even ATX, knowing them they used a MicroATX motherboard

That is the ugliest case I have ever seen, and as far as specs go, the latter in the set destroys the former.
Well, we still got the problem of my parents being scared. I got no clue how to get the parts assembled, and they don't want to risk doing it at home.
tbh, I don't want to risk something going wrong in assembly either.
I want those parts, but I need a way to get them assembled. It doesn't matter how as long as I don't need to pay more then 500$ for the assembly.(Budget is raised to 1500$)

are there any local computer shops? they can usually assemble it for a fee, just don't take it to a BestBuy or a Staples as they simply don't care much, but it is incredibly easy to do, we're not kidding when we say it's like Lego

Zing.
Changed your build around.

Maybe this instead.

"Quite a bit", not really. But it is better, yes. Not worth the extra $200-250 though.
However, given the price and similar performance the 448 core would be of better value for $.
Also I had a CPU cooler on an i3~
My bad! Don't make builds while tired.
Anyway, this should be more suitable.

Pft, 3-5 bucks? I grabbed the fastest rated one in the 15-20 range.

It's really up to what you feel comfortable with.
