This is my build. The prices shown on the partpicker list isn't reflective of the prices I paid for the parts when I originally bought them nor does it reflect the vendors I bought the parts from.
I caught many of the parts on sale so that shaved about 200 dollars off of the bill (The most notable sale price I got was the price I got the antec unit. 70 dollars for a modular 850w PSU. Keep in mind that both GPU and CPU are overclocked to 1.15-ish ghz and 4.9ghz respectively to make use of the power I have access to).
*edit: I really wish I could have gotten an R4 but my local computer shop was sold out and I wanted a relatively silent case. Aside from that the 330r is a decent case, although the lack of rubber grommets is a big no-no at the current MSRP but I did catch it on sale.
Toshiba Encore (Runs full Windows so it's a sorta like a laptop)
Intel Atom Bay Trail quad core @ 1.33 GHZ (overclock to 1.88 GHZ)
Windows 8.1 Core
2 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics
32 GB eMMC
includes Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student
i feel sorry for you i used to have a crappy computer like that but worse
it was so bad i couldnt even watch youtube videos in fullscreen
Very happy with it. I have 2 monitors, and i plan on getting 2 more (One isn't mine, so I will be returning it soon). Next priority is getting more hard drives, and then getting more monitors.
That PSU was overkill for a single R9 290 & a 4770K, you probably could have saved a few dollars and added a 1TB HDD for a little bit more money. Also, are you overclocking?
Oh it did if i didnt have a fan blowing on the heatsink it would overheat in 15 seconds
but that was until i ripped apart the whole thing when i got a new computer
here are my specs
CPU: Athlon X2 64 4200+
GPU: Zotac GT 630 2GB Synergy Edition
RAM: 3GB
HDD: 250GB + 80GB
OS: XP Media Centre 2005
Case: I cant tell there is no name on it but i found a sticker that says Memory express and some number so i googled it but still no luck
all i can do is draw it as best as i can because i dont have a camera
i just woke up so my drawing is horrible

Nice build though.
I got a 850W because I will be picking up another R9 290 in the future, or selling it and buying 2 future-gen GPU's.
And storage is my next priority. I will be overclocking whenever I get a better CPU Cooler (The new Noctua NH15?).
I personally built my own computer, and it's pretty decent. Minecraft runs at an average of 60 FPS:
CPU: Intel Core i5 3.4 GHz w/Cooler
Memory: 16GB Crucial DDR3-1333
Storage: 6 Gbp/s 1 TB SATA Hard Drive
Video Card: None (Next buy for me!)
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit Edition
+ Case, Motherboard, and Power Supply, for a total of $650
Whats so decent about it?
16GBs of ram, which you will never use, and no GPU. For $650 you could have asked us and we would have given you a much better build. Also, what case, mobo, and power supply do you have? And why do you have a cooler but no overclock?

I was looking at Noctua's new one they announced. It has a 15 in it, but I don't recall any of the other stuff.
It's the NH-D15. Looks to be an upgraded and improved version of the NH-D14 so that would be a good choice too, price permitting.
Keep in mind that it's making an already quite large cooler even larger. As a result of the increase, it may not fit in some cases or might have issues with larger memory heatsinks.. so if you do decide to get it, make sure it'll fit first.

Yeah, my case fits a CPU cooler up to 162mm but modders with this case say anything 165mm and under still fits fine.
Noctua actually cut away some parts of the bottom just for the purpose of fitting better with larger memory heatsinks. It should have better memory compatibility than the NH-D14.
Yeah, that is another reason I decided to wait on the NH-14. I have pretty tall memory :P;
Picture? Speccy? If you don't give us a picture, nobody will believe you.
I'm almost certain those are not their specs. The maximum memory capacity on the Intel Core i7-4500 is 16GB on two channels, so not only could they not use two 16GB DDR3 SO-DIMMS with the processor I have been unable to find any available for sale at any price point. I have also only been able to find the 770M in 3GB configurations although OEM manufacturers could have changed the amount of GDDR5 memory available.
The only desktop processors available on Intel's current platforms which can be run together are the Xeon line processors, so unless their "server" is spread across multiple computers which I find highly unlikely that configuration is also not possible to have.

You should definitely replace the graphics card unless you're only playing Minecraft, the 6670 is pretty weak.
