Oh, and I wasn't trying to show it off, really. I was asking if it was good. Plus, i'm not mad at all. Just a little annoyed.
Annoyed at what? You posted a build for us to critique and we gave our honest opinions along with supporting facts. Also, never buy a power supply just because it's cheap. That's how you end up with a flaming computer due to low quality parts.

The guy at Fry's said it was a good, low priced power supply. I'm annoyed at the fact that No one on here as ANYTHING nice to say about it. Well, maybe something about the graphics card. Besides, I'm not looking for a super-high end gaming computer thats getting 70 fps on Bf3 on high. Just a computer that can run Diablo and things like that, and thats exactly what I have.

We haven't said anything nice about it because there's nothing nice to say. It's a crappy power supply compared to other brands like Seasonic, Silverstone, Antec, and Corsair. You also don't need a super high end computer to run BF3 on high. A $130-150 graphics card along with an $80 Sandy Bridge processor can handle that. You paid more than you should have and that's all there is to it.

Criticism is hard. If you want it, expect some bad stuff said. Plus, we aren't saying your computer can't run what you need it to (ie Diablo), we are more or less saying you could have done better at your price range. For Diablo, you could have payed $500 for a usable machine.

because you could have doe ALOT better for the same price
Uh.. we paid around 300 for the entire thing... I don't think you understand that. 400 with the GPU that I had.
Your point is? You still could have paid less for what you needed the computer to do. You should also know that a 6670 doesn't cost $100 so if that estimate is correct then you got ripped off with that.
Edit: Also, please tell me where you bought these parts from. It doesn't sound like you bought them new that's for sure.
Well, ****. I did get ripped off by some amazon bastards, on the 6670. But I got a 10 dollar rebate. xD
Everything else was new in the box. I have pics to prove it if you would like to see them.
And, the total for the Mobo, FX-6150, power supply, case, and some other little stuff (Thermal paste, extra fans, little ******** stuff) was around $330.
Here is why your build is bad, I will try not to be rude but just state the facts:
The CPU
There is nothing wrong with AMD cpu's they are great, it is just their new FX line of cpus ("bulldozers") that are bad. There last generation phenoms were very good performers, reasonably priced and overclocked well too. It is just that amd made a massive mistake with their new fx series and most if not all are very horrible compared to the intel alternatives. Just because the amd cpus have more cores and a higher clock speed does not make them faster. If you have two cpu's, one 3ghz and one 3.5ghz the 3ghz one can still be faster depending on the architecture. But if you take the 3.5ghz cpu and make it 4ghz by overclocking it WILL be faster. It is like saying that your car is faster because it has more horsepower. That isn't true because there are other factors that come into play, weight of the car, transmission, aerodynamics, etc. So sorry but your cpu choice wasn't great but its a common mistake.
The Motherboard:
nothing wrong with it as far as i can tell, its just a motherboard...
The RAM:
The RAM you picked out was a waste to be honest. There is no way you would ever use 10GB. For gaming 4GB is enough, for gaming and heavy video rendering 8GB is PLENTY, you will realistically only use about 6gb max. The extra RAM you got was a waste of money and it could have been used on a better video card, bigger hard drive, etc. The amount of RAM you have does not equal performance.
The video card:
This was the biggest mistake of all... It is the lowest, or one of the lowest end graphics cards that AMD produces. You made your rig for gaming and you cheaped out on whats arguably the most important component of all. I am sorry but you "gaming" rig would struggle with simple games like call of duty...
Hard drive:
nothing wrong with the hard drive, just get as big as you need.
The case:
The case is good, some people think it looks nice, it has good cooling and is reasonably priced but I heard it is a real dust eater and isn't that great to live with day-to-day. But nothing really wrong with it.
Power supply:
This is horrible. When it comes to pc components the power supply is the last thing you would want to cheap out on. If the power supply fails, which it will if it is cheaply made, it could take your ENTIRE system with it. I am afraid that the power supply you have picked out is very, very bad :(.
So there you go, a not rude, unbiased opinion of your build. Long story short, it is very bad like everybody else above me has mentioned.

Plus Windows 7 which is $100 unless you either got it illegally or it was given as a gift.

The extra 2 gigs came OEM with my old dell. I just took 2 gigs and slapped it in there.
Also, I did NOT pick out my GPU. It was my dad, that did that. He said that it was "The most recommended for your computer" (The old one), and so I paid around 100 on amazon for it. I, personally think that it's fine. On the old computer I was running Skyrim on ultra with literally no lag at all. In the future, I would much like to upgrade the Video card to something better. For sure.
If you used the boot disk from your old computer then it most likely means your old one had the same chipset as your current one. If thats true then this wasn't much of an upgrade at all lmao.

No, it isn't the same chipset. Old one is Am3 new one is AM3+ (Ooh, fancy.) I don't know. It just installed windows as usual.
Just throwing this out there, this proves you could have went with Intel and not only saved money, but gotten more processing power as well. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/f0kE

Tbh, I like mine better. My cache is higher, and the speed is just a little more. (3.1GHz v.s. 3.3 GHz) Although, the intel does have L1 cache, and mine doesn't.
Also, I'm not only doing gaming. I'm also on the internet, and some benchmarks show that the FX-6100 runs better multi-tasking and such things as the i3, and if i'm lucky, the i5 even. (Doubted.)

I'm gonna say it nicely before someone else gets russeled....cache does not have an effect on gaming performance whatsoever, don't ever use that as a justification for buying something...

cache is useless as is GHz, the architecture is completely different and cannot be compared by numbers other then benchmarks

Even in the best situations the 8150 only ties with the Intels in its rage sometimes beating them narrowly.
Bulldozer is just not very competitive in the desktop space for gaming for cheap workstations its a bit of a different story but even then they are not amazing.

Cache is pretty dam important and has an effect on pretty much every single thing that runs on the CPU.
A lot more then size matters I could stick 50GB of Vram on a 660ti but its bandwidth is still going to suck compared to the 670 or the 7950.
I'm gonna stay out of the cache and Ghz parts, I know nothing about them. But I do know alot of other things about this, for my age. Also, what would you recommend for a GPU upgrade in the future. Not super expensive, but i'm willing to splurge.

Thinking about coming a mod to simply not moderate.
Darn whipper snappers!
