Headset: Corsair 1500, very good sound quality and the surround works very well, should be about $90 ish
Mechanical i would go for a Corsair K60, very good keyboard
The router is good, it mostly depends on your Internet connection. Up to 300mb/s is a good cap, if you're in America your Internet definitely isn't that good, but if you live in Europe I don't really know the maximum speeds but I know they are much better. For headsets, Logitech makes good stuff for that price range, and mechanical keyboards I recommend a Das Silent.
I like to have a sound when I hit a key when its silent it always feels weird to me.
I don't know why it's called that, it has a very nice tactile feedback. If you don't believe me, Antvenom (A Minecraft Youtuber) has one, and if you watch one of the videos where he types a lot you can hear it.

Do you mean the quiet or loud switches? Two of my friends want me to commentary with them so I don't want to have an annoyingly loud keyboard.
Also I still need help with the tablet.
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit | AMD Athlon II X4 635 | 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 | BIOSTAR Group A880GU3 | ASUS VH238 | 1024MB GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Gigabyte) | 313GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAJB-00J3A0 | TSSTcorp CDW/DVD TS-H492A | Realtek High Definition Audio
The other 2 subjects other dealt with. I guess I can suggest on the router. Tablet is out of my knowledge, but I can tell that isnt a good one based on its name alone.
From my knowledge of Dlink, they make quite good stuff to say. If you really plan to do gaming, you will be fine with the router you linked. As in download and gaming at same time normally makes your latency sky rocket, but this would ensure your gaming "response" packets are always the first in and first out, meaning your latency should remain normal. As well you should have no issues with consoles, or even server hosting should need be. As well even if others are downloading, it can still ensure if you are gaming that you remain at normal latency. As for security, it is fine and up to par with most every other router. If that is what you are looking for, then go for it. But if you do want something cheaper, I can maybe do suggestions possibly.
I love my Membrane keyboard for gaming. I am a membrane pusher, but I love this Steelseries MERC Stealth, mostly cause the gaming pad.
As for headset, I wont suggest anything on that. But personally I have the Microsoft Lifechat LX-3000, because well all I do is skype most of the time. Gaming it is ok, but thats just my 2 bits. 30 bucks on most and is USB.

Okay I am going with this headset, going with the original router, getting a black switch keyboard but I still need help on the tablet.
i would go for this keyboard for $10 more, aluminum body + wrist wrest and red switches, and it comes with changeable keycaps for WASD and 1-6 makes it alot more comfortable for FPS games since they're kinda gel covered
I want the best quality headset I can get for ~$100 but I will do a separate mic and a pair of headphones if that would give a better result.
Next I want a mechanical keyboard for ~$100. I will mostly use it for gaming but also plan on doing more programming in the future.
I am also wondering if this tablet is any good. Its so cheap I figured it may not be.
Lastly I was wondering if this would be a good router or if I could get something better/cheaper.
Thank you for the help.

Red and black switches are best for gaming and they make some noise its what the corsiar keyboards use IIRC
Don't get a no name tablet save up for the Kindle fire and throw CM9 on it or wait for the Google Nexus Tablet.
I recommend avoiding that headset like the plague Logitechs quality at least recently has been ****.

The headset's quality is good. Anyways, OP, go with the Corsair one, better sound quality.
When it comes to Logitech, the more expensive their products are, the better the quality.

Just wait for the Nexus Tablet.
If you can't wait get a Kindle fire or a galaxy player and just put cyanogen on them.
Just avoid no name tablets.
